Nice to be away from the frenzy of the city and located next to the river. The gentleman who greeted us was delightful, respectful, informative, professional, and allowed us to do an early check-in at 11 am. He placed us in a quiet room overlooking the garden and hill behind he hotel. We requested a restaurant recommendation, but ended up walking across the bridge to another better restaurant not too far from the hotel. Ristorante Al Gufo Bianco is excellent - we recommend highly. The gentleman who takes care of early morning watch is rude and loud. He did not listen to what we tried to explain about the time we wanted to exit the building. There were blood spots on the wall next to the shower that need to be removed. We were in room 207 or 307 I think.

it's a bit far from city centre, about 30 min walk, but the walk is beside the river and is very nice

    - Room was too hot ( AC not on at this time of year ) and the fan I borrowed didn’t work great. Can’t open windows as no screens and did not want bugs coming in. -Bed and pillows were uncomfortable sadly. - I was awake from 4am working but no coffee ☕️ facilities in my room and breakfast not served till 7am. - The manager on duty that night did tell me to come down at 6am and someone could probably make me a coffee which was nice.

While other hotels were fully booked, it was good price value. On Sunday there was no public transportation. Also not many restaurants/cafe nearby (no less than 15-20 mins away)

Nice location at the river Po about 25 min walk to centre. Hotel is a villa with high ceiling rooms and good facilities. We stayed there for one night to see Turin in the evening and it was perfect for us! Staff was very nice and supportive!

The reception staff is very friendly and there is always somebody in case you have a question, also late in the evening/night time, the hotel has a good location with a bus stop next to the hotel - we arrived by train so getting around by bus/metro and foot was not a problem, the room had a good size, a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. There was room service everyday with fresh towels, which is not necessary (also from environmental reasons) but a good service anyways. The price is quite high considering the somewhat outdated standard and condition of the hotel. The hotel's four stars are not meaningful, you shouldn't expect too much. The shower head holder, for example, was no longer anchored in the wall and there were stains on the walls - not disgusting but simply outdated and not well maintained. The windows are unfortunately not noise-insulated. The breakfast buffet itself is okay, unfortunately the staff were not particularly friendly and not courteous.

Old-fashioned property, not well renovated. The only good thing is that it is well located. Two old mattresses, with different heights, made up our double bed. One of them was even broken. The heating in the bathroom did not work and it was very cold. The bed socket was broken and we had to get the maintenance man to fix it (thank you).
