The hotel was very good overall. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little outside the main city area, so reaching some attractions took a bit more time.

There was a good location in the city. The room was normal. The staff was friendly and very welcome. The breakfast was normal but without fancy, only briosh and cappuccino in the room. The breakfast in the room.

It's the cheapest I could find in the city, serves good breakfast (I had croissant and cappuccino, which were tasty). quite nice holders. not far from the city center. the shower leaked through the tube, there was a broken shower gel dispenser, and at one night, there was a beetle there. also, the duvet cover is kinda one sided which is weird

There's an elevator so you don't have to worry about caring your luggage through the stairs. Also location makes it easy to get to the public transport (Tram, Buses). The Staff didn't speak english, one of them can understand but always reply with italian. The shower drain didn't work well so the water was filling the shower floor 30sec after u start shower The faucets are old style and didn't close well

Lovely lady who greeted us and helped us to take our luggage and find our room. Breakfast delivered to our room in the morning with our own choice of timings. AC unit in the room. The area it is in is not great but an easy tram ride to the city centre and a tram stop is on the side road.

Friendly host, but she can't speak english. Location of the hotel was very dangerous, especially at night. For women i don't recomend to walk alone in the streets... Smelly toilet and very noisy room. It was not able to close the door to the balcony completely. Very scary lift.

Third time staying here, always a pleasure. Handy location, comfortable rooms and most of all a great host who I look forward to seeing each time I visit. Grazie mille. A la prossima !

Not too many things, maybe the bed was comfortable enough It was noisy, it felt like a prison, they ask and kept the key, even entered my room without my permission. The water in the shower didn't went, the elevator was like in the horror movies, as well the AC.
