Great location, excellent breakfast, nice room.

Excellent breakfast. Convenient to all transportation (regional trains, metro, buses, etc.) Many restaurants and retail shopping opportunities. Room was clean and well appointed. I had a duplex. Very modern and comfortable. No notes. This was excellent.

I stayed for the second time there and it was as amazing as the First time. Nothing to complain about. Everything Fine
-
Staff extremely helpful. Was able to store luggage after checking out. I prefer having safe in my actual room
-
Even with the AC the room was very hot. We were sweating all night.

Nothing

Everything. Large room, friendly helpful staff, generous breakfast all very good. air conditioned! Major business/retail/cultural area about 1mile walk northof the hotel very interesting to walk about The hotel was fine in just about every respect, the city of Torino was sort of marginal. Streets need cleaning, lots of street people sleeping on the sidewalks near the train station across the street. And man they have got to do something abouit all of the graffitti, it's everywhere and really mars the appearance of what could be a beautiful old city.

Perfect location
-
The location was excellent, just a two-minute walk from Porta Nuova train station and within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, there wasn't much to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we had a very pleasant stay. If we return to Turin, we would gladly stay here again.

Very central, comfortable, very large rooms. Free coffee and seltzer at any hour
-
Breakfast had a good selection of not just sweet (what is standard in Italy), but also savory food. Very nice terrace on 2nd floor - quiet place to relax, enjoy a coffee or an aperitivo. The location (very central, next to the main train station, yet quiet enough), comfort and real Italian atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable :) Would definitely come back!

Location, beautiful rooms, lobby,
-
Central location very close to Piazza San Carlo The shower only has an overhead option and the cubicle was very small
-
Better options elsewhere. Even for Europe standards staff were unhelpful.
