Great location, lovely interior, comfortable beds, good breakfast, however the staff really made the difference. Excellent service, so accommodating and just a really lovely bunch of people and personalities.

Bathtub is comfortable for Japanese. I hope the wide variety of restaurant menu options.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop area was delightful either for drinks or meals, with a lovely view over Turin.

The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of vegan options for me and my husband. The room was comfortable and clean and had thoughtful touches to make our stay more comfortable. The spa was a highlight! The only downside was the immediate surroundings. It smells like urine, there was poop on the ground close by. The price for being so close to Porta Nuova.

The staff were amazing! The terrace was much bigger than we expected - the photos did not do it justice! We had a late flight and the reception staff allowed us to keep both rooms for free until 6 pm which was so kind! Turin is beautiful and we are so glad we went, Nothing - it was fabulous!
