We did not have breakfast at the location. We left before 10:00 which was the breakfast time I would recommend putting a hand towel in the bathroom, adding one more bath towel for use, a box of tissues, small cup or glass to use in the bathroom, and having a blanket available if needed. There was quite a bit of street noise also. A TV would have been nice.

Nice spacious rooms in a good location. Comfortable beds and modern clean bathroom. Very noisy. Host lives at the property and the walls let a lot of sound through. She came home at night and was talking or watching TV at 1 am, also rummaging through cabinets or something and it woke me up. Also when she does stuff in the hallway during the early morning (was woken up at 5 AM) it is very audible in the room. Hallway or bathroom light leaks into the bedroom.

The flat was interestingly decorated in an historic building. Facilities were good. Communication was a bit brusque. Wifi didnt work and host didnt explain or solve the issue. I was jusy told to "Wait!" ....and then nothing after that. On arrival we had to get the keys through the window from a neighbour downstaris. This wasnt explained in advance, so there was a bit of confusion to start with, but the neighbour was very friendly. We never met the host and this wasnt explained either.....so the communication all felt a bit too businesslike amd cold.
