There was no single hook or clothes hanger to hang my coat or clothes (or even towel, to dry), and there was no closet. internet was not reliable shower was not very clean if you have the room next to the reception, there is a lot of noise and a loud buzz every time someone enters could not open my window to air the room, and the wooden frame of the window frame was broken the curtains don't block the light at all

The location of the hotel was great. Easy access to everything in the city centrum, and a decent place to stay for a couple of nights. Shower worked fine, as did the television. No one at the reception upon arrival - that was solved by looking around in the hallway. The rooms are small, and at least for me the bed was way too soft.

The room was available on a very short notice. I got three beds to choose from. The street side was less noisy than the reviews warn you about. The beds looked dirty, and there were possible traces of a (former?) bed bug infestation. It seems I might have dodged catching them myself though my ankles were itchy the next week. The bathroom was small and you can’t have a shower without watering the toilet seat too.

I booked the place last minute on arrival to Turku because my employer mocked up my original hotel booking and I had no where to stay that night. I was stuck. So the fact I was able to get a room on such short notice was great. The place has bed bugs! And the price is ridiculous for a room without a bathroom.

Location Lack of staff (we saw one staff member during our stay and had to call someone else to get in contact with him), our room was visibly dirty and our beds and walls were damaged. Our bathroom had no lock and the handle was not properly installed. Our bathroom had 1/2 lightbulbs installed (other one was in the sink) and it didnt work until the receptionist was found and managed to change it. Bathroom plumbing made a loud screeching noise seemingly whenever anyone in the building used their faucet and the walls failed to supress any sounds making it hard to sleep.

After 1 night in the room, I have a terrible incredible rash all over my body, which itches unbearably. the doctor said that it was ticks and now you need to treat the whole body for a long time. I paid 90 euros per night. I wish all the staff of the hotel that they have the same. Location is good and the guy at the reception was caring and nice it is super noisy, my room was next to the common bathroom or shower and I could hear water through the wall. You hear people walking and talking through the hallway as if the foor was open and they are walking in the room.. I had a very bad night with very little sleep as I kept waling up because of people.
