This place was convenient for me, since I knew I'd be flying in after 2am and needed to know I'd have no problem checking in at that time. Omena just sends you an access code for the building and room, which is active for the duration of the reservation, so you don't need to check in with a receptionist. It worked great. The room was clean and a good size for the reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again.

If you do not get the key code from them, only way to contact them is by phone number you have to pay more. Their problem, but you pay. They tell you can call free from their lobby, but you do not get in the lobby without the key code. Last time I try to save some money. I'll use other hotels with receptions.

There were wrappers under the bed that weren't ours which made me think the room wasn't cleaned well. The light in my room was broken and it took a long time to figure out how to turn it off before bed. I am not a fan personally about not having a front desk person to help with issues. We also had a hard time getting our code to work and getting in. I wasn't very impressed with the hotel. I probably wont come here again.

The room was big. The shower ok. Nice to have a table to sit by and a working fridge. Continuous noise from airconditioning (?) or water pipes (?). WiFi was intermittent and never very good. Never met any staff. Stayed four nights - no cleaning during stay.

Decent hotel for a short stay

Location was good. I couldn’t stay, I had to leave because of the smell in the room.

The room was booked for three people, but the third bed was an uncomfortable coach, still closed when we arrived. The absence of a reception was not what you would expect in a hotel.

The situation is so uncomfortable due to the dirt that the other aspects (location, amenities, etc.) can’t even be evaluated. The room is far too dirty. There’s dust everywhere, but that’s not the worst part: grey fluff and grime have been in every corner for months. The place needs a deep clean by a specialised team to properly sanitise and remove every trace of hair, grime, and dust bunnies. The room is old and in urgent need of renovation, but it wouldn’t be as bad if it were clean. The bed base was full of hair and dust — a truly unpleasant experience. An establishment can be cheap and modest, offering only the basics, but it must be clean.

My body temperature always runs warmer, so I wish I could have air condition or a fan, but that’s just me.

Everything is automated, there's no reception but it all works. Location is nice, right in the city centre, with many food options around. Room was nice, spacious and very clean. Bathroom was comfortable and looks like it was renewed recently, very nice. The room has some small ammenities, including a fridge, a kettle and a microwave. The room can accomodate 2, but as a solo traveller it would have been nice to have a room just for one.
