During the night, my husband felt someone was watching us. When he opened his eyes, he saw a hand on the door facing our bed, as if someone was trying to close it silently. The door appeared to connect to a concealed or secondary access point (possibly for staff or another room), but we could not open or verify it from our side, which made the situation feel very unsafe. We tried to contact customer service multiple times, but our personal number appeared to be blocked, and the hallway service phone also went unanswered. As this occurred around 2 a.m. and we felt unsafe, we decided to leave the hotel during the night. We hope the hotel improves both its security and responsiveness in urgent situations.

Great location and easy to find. Comfortable beds. Everything was clean. I found a dead bug on the floor when I arrived, but it didn’t affect my stay too much. I was just surprised nobody else saw it. It was also weird to not have any reception.

No hooks for towels, toilet paper holder was located 2 meters away from the toilet, no nightstands.

TV, too old

The contactless check in was a bit weird, I guess convenient in a way. Also the tv wasn't working very well

Location is wonderful. All the sites are within walking distance; same for restaurants, stores, and the bus station. The room and bathroom were clean. It is a very basic, no frills room. The room I booked had a sofa with a seating area, two windows and a kitchenette. The room we got was about the size of a shoe box - one could no more put a sofa in the room than you could an elephant. There was a small refrigerator which did not work well, and a microwave which we did not use. There was no kitchenette. We are not picky, however, I did not like the feeling of "bait and switch", booking one room and getting a lower grade. The hotel is not staffed, so there is no one to call or talk to about the situation.

Heart of the city Accessible

Clean Check in is complicated, I book 2 rooms but only first room can be checked in, after that the second room couldn’t be checked in because of it need the guest info but I have no idea of how to fill in the info, when I invite guest the screen only show blank, I sent message for seek help by 16:00, the property feedback message lasted to 20:00, a terrible experience.

Curtains didn't fully cover windows

At first I was ready to rate it 10+, but when we went to sleep my estimate decreased dramatically. The air-conditioning was blowing very cold air straight into me all the night. After a few hours I was freezing to death and couldn't get any sleep. It was not possible to turn it off or make it warmer, it was also super noisy (but noise is minor thing compared to cold). At this point I wouldn't give more than 5. Luckily the next night I shifted my bed as far as possible to the other side of the room, about 1 meter, and after that sleeping became comfortable. So overall rating is 7.

I got a spacious room with huge windows with majestic views and full sunlight in the morning. The location is central, which is convenient to go anywhere in Turku. Convenient stores, restaurants, library, bus stops and main tourist attractions are just around the corner. The ventilation was a bit chill at night and I used double blankets to feel comfortable. It would be great to have glass cups instead of paper cups for tea and coffee, as we could reuse in case the supply is running out. These are minor points.

But room was clean and view was good. Chromecast did not work, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

I have been in the hotel before, so I new what to expect. The only small minus was that the roome was smaller than the previous time.

Good location near the main square. Good view from the upper level over towards the library We travelled with 4 Adults and with 2 beds being the unfold type we found one wouldnt lay flat. We had already unpacked so we didnt take up the offer of changing rooms and just put up with it. The rooms were very small for 4 adult accomodation with the extra 2 beds right at the foot of the main bed made it hard to navigate around the room. Really small fridge. Room would have been fine for 2 people but a stretch to fit 4 in there
