It was pretty cold in the room and the AC did not work.

Great location, at the centre of town and quite close to the riverfront. Large and comfortable room We had trouble connecting Apple devices with the hotel’s WiFi for some reason.

We would have liked to stay longer

Great location by the market square and close to all the restaurants. Also very modern and clean and in general good value for money. Easy parking right below the hotel.

As every Scandic buffet I've ever had:perfect, lots of protein options I've had to help two elderly people put a drunk bum up on his feet. That man had passed out right in front of the hotel from the stupor, and wore neither pants, nor underwear. On a cold night like that, it could have fatal so I've helped but the experience was extremely unpleasant. I've been approached by groups of such people twice again on the square near the hotel and didn't feel safe overall.

Location, food, staff, rooms, facilities, cleanliness, sauna, gym, parking, coziness, atmosphere, friendless. I am so happy I had an opportunity to stay at this hotel. Many thanks to the staff at the reception, at the restaurant and bar and to the maids.

Perfect Breakfast is incredible

Location is excellent for visiting Turku by any means. I haven't been in this hotel since it was renovated and it's in excellent condition now. Room was modern, neat and everything was practical. Comfy bed, good pillows, AC, showering does not make whole bathroom wet, there is space for your accessories. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, it's really good in this price range in Finland. Staying on market square side could lead some noises inside, even though the view is better for the city.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at on our holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made a great recommendation for a local restaurant. The rooftop bar is great and has the best happy hour in town. Loved having a recycling bin in the hotel room too. The hotel bikes need a service - I think their brake pads need replacing!

Hotel was overcrowded. Long lines in sauna, at the reception, for food.

The breakfast was very excellent and versatile.

Fantastic location with really good, typical Scandic breakfast . Lots of choices and high quality food with lovely presentation. I've never had a breakfast at a Scandic that wasn't great. Seating was in the restaurant, which had colorful, interesting decor. The location is within easy walking distance of most major sites and the paths along the canal, as well as an array of shopping. The old historic part of the building seems to be used primarily for conferences, so rooms are modern. Parking was very convenient, right under the building. The breakfast area wasn't well lit. Parking was expensive, but typical.

Clean, good location

We arrived at 17 and there was a long queue at the reception. It took 20 minutes to get the key to my room

Good location. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower. Check in/ reception is ridiculously understaffed. Long lines at all times w usually no more than 2 overworked staff trying to handle huge volume. It meant that there was no chance of any tourist help - the usual ‘where to find/what would you recommend etc are not available- that is unless you fancy 15 minutes in a long line.
