I arrived to stay and Alexis said I could not get the room due to the room wasn’t available then she said the room wasn’t clean I was charged 120 and never stay

The rooms are decent I called about my shower stopped up it felt like I was taking a shower bath and they said they were putting in a maintenance order but no one never resolved the issue before I left

The room did have a little weird smell , but other than that the room was nice, I also didn’t care for the way the bathroom was set up

Staff was friendly and also I liked that outsiders don't loiter around or get into building

Love the new people that have hired in the front office love the manager love the other girl that works here head of house staffing that sucks and cusses people out like she cussed me out all the way to my building and all the way back and other people saw her doing it in front of my child all because I asked for some clean sheets and she tried to tell me that her housekeeper put it in there which was a lie and that's all I was trying to tell her then she started driving about dogs that I don't even have any dogs The head housekeeper doing the way she is, she keeps lying on me and trying to get me in trouble

Had to find another place to stay spur of the moment. Not all bad though, PLACE IS A DUMP !!

There was no rooms available when I got there to check in. So I did not stay there even though I had a confirm reservation.
