My room wasn’t clean well there was a lot of hair in my shower from the people before me. I did let them know about it at the end of my day in the beginning getting in the room. I did not want to be on the first floor, but because of the high of people that left the day before they did not have all the rooms cleaned, so I only had one choice which led me to be on the first floor I’m never on the first floor and there were so many people still waited in the lobby for a room till 10 o’clock at night. I really feel like a lot of people should have got a refund for their first night because it was a travesty. I will not be coming back.

Dirty rooms, clothes from previous stay, roaches, overwhelming smell of bleach, no sheets for guest pull out beds. Just DIRTY

We had to change rooms because of the horrible state of the first room. We were there for 4 days and not one time was the room cleaned. When I called the front desk they said they’d take care of it but never did. The attitude of the staff was lackadaisical and unprofessional. The manager sets a very poor example of customer service and professionalism for her staff. Find a more updated and friendly place to stay!!!

Clean room, but outdated bathroom.

Staff were super nice- location was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Room was beautiful with lots of towels.

This is a nice hotel - looks like new! The air conditioning in our room worked great! That’s the end of our positive experience. There was a cockroach in our room. No daily room cleaning, although we were not told this… and a sign in the bathroom indicated we could leave our towels on the floor to be changed. When we asked for towels at the front desk (due to the lack of room cleaning), we were told they had no clean towels to give us. There were multiple other smaller issues. Very disappointed in this hotel.

There was not enough food for breakfast. The hotel was very dirty. I had to be moved to another room after checking in due to issues in the room. The second room was dirty and smelled bad. I could not stay for the entire trip, I had to leave a day early. I will not stay here again, nor will I recommend it. The only good thing about the hotel is that it’s right beside the Buffalo Wild Wings.

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly, informative, and always checked to see if we needed anything. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Customer service was excellent, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The first night, I noticed a slight odor coming from the bed but tried to overlook it. By the next morning, I could no longer ignore it and requested either fresh sheets or housekeeping assistance. Since housekeeping was unavailable at the time, I picked up clean sheets and changed the bed myself. When I removed the sheets, I saw that the mattress protector appeared clean and had no visible stains or odor. However, when I lifted the mattress protector, I discovered a large urine stain on the mattress itself, which still had a strong urine smell. I immediately contacted the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. I was offered either mattress cleaning or a room change. Unfortunately, because my family was staying on the same floor and we were in town for a wedding, moving rooms was extremely inconvenient. I was originally in Room 205’but had to relocate to Room 307 on a different floor, away from my family, while we were trying to get ready for the wedding. To make matters worse, after returning from the wedding that evening, we discovered roaches in our new room. Needless to say, this was a very unpleasant experience. I had booked rooms for both myself and my mother, and while I am grateful that she did not encounter any issues, my experience was unacceptable and caused significant stress during what should have been

No liquid body wash, just one small bar of soap. I forgot a comb and a shower cap, but the hotel didn’t have either. The hotel is across the street from a very noisy car wash. The hotel needs to be sprayed for cockroaches! Won’t stay there again.

The location was great and the property itself had a lot of potential. However, the rooms were not very clean, and parts of the property appeared rusty and in need of maintenance. The staff were polite, but not particularly helpful or proactive during our stay. Overall, the setting was nice, but the condition of the rooms and level of service could be improved.
