Saw several others complaining to staff about cleanliness/preparedness of rooms. Ours was OK though toilet could be have been cleaner. Also, the bedding for the fold out couch was missing a pillow case and did not appear clean. We didn't use it. Would not stay here again given a choice.

AC did not keep room cooled below 75, the deadbolt lock didn’t work and the toilet would not flush.

Our shower was clogged and they were unable to send somebody to fix it until the following day. They didn’t have any other open rooms to move us too, so we were unable to shower. The room was not clean. Hair in the bathroom on the floor, no extra toilet paper. Attention to detail was not there.

Spent half hour trying to get to a human to discuss but when I finally did, they were no help at all. Told me to call the hotel direct, who advise me I could only get a refund of

Hair in the shower curtain. Dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets. Neighbors in the room next to me were fighting very loudly.

Front desk was helpful when checking in. After that front desk employee left front desk was rarely helpful. Asked for room service and never received it, but you can get some towels.
