Reviews

Room had a musky scent, damp feeling. There was popcorn spilled in the elevator for 2 days that staff never cleaned up.

Complimentary snacks Popcorn and cookies Breakfast: Cook came from.outside and worked with food without washing hands first

The business center was converted to a kids area. The hotel allowed pets which is fine but would recommend they be contained in one area for allergies, smells and the ongoing whining of pets being left alone.

It was convenient and the rooms were clean. Hot breakfast is a plus since we had children with us. Popcorn was stale, cookies weren’t replenished. There were way too many dogs. I get pet friendly but the smell of dog in the hotel was overwhelming. I couldn’t even eat breakfast downstairs. Plus $180 a night for a “suite” that’s smaller than most standard rooms was not worth it. I couldn’t get enough lighting to actually SEE. It was just way too expensive for what was presented.

Amazing place to stay. 10/10 for sure. Me and my daughters enjoyed the pool. They have a small play area in the lobby that was fun for my 7 year old. Small gift section. Staff was very friendly. Our room was great. And clean!

Room was comfortable- pull out bed seemed to be dirty- we put sheets on top.

The location of the property was perfect! The awful smell on the 4th floor was almost unbearable.

Evening staff was amazing. Jarbaris was welcoming and worked the entire hotel; ice machine, hot cookies, popcorn, check-in, bonvoy membership. Room was large. Beds were comfy. The workout facility is very large. Perhaps some lounge chairs at the pool. The pool is small so there needs to something to spruce it up.
