We arrived at hotel in a rainy cold day but we got instantly warm by the heart-warming host. Facilities are top-notch and location is perfect for a mountain escape vacation

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms felt more modern than the photos give away which was really nice. We had a studio and a hotel room and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering on one of the nights. The pizzeria next door is a bit of a hidden gem too. The hotel is super well maintained in a traditional style. The most noteworthy part, that a lot of the reviews also speak of is Bridget (the host) is exceptional. Her care for the family business is outstanding and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Very friendly owner. Birgit so helpful. Well situated next to a great restaurant and the main bus terminal. Spotlessly clean, lively sauna and practical ski kit room. The breakfast was excellent. Everything anyone would need. It was great.

The service was amazing! Front desk staff was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to ensure a smooth stay. When my Keys got locked in the car they were quick to help and assist with calling a service to fix the situation and unlock my car. Can’t wait to come back!

Staff , cleaness , confort of the room Nothing special , the breakfast could offer more choices but it's a matter of taste . The spa is underground so there is no garden escape.

Everything was very nice. There is no bars, no lot of restaurants close to the Hotel in summertime just 18 minutes away.

Great value for money, cozy spa area, tasty breakfasts. Super close to the gondolas. There isn't anything to dislike, really.

A wonderful hotel. The hostess of the hotel is very attentive, she paid attention to all the guests at Christmas, took us to a city performance, treated us to hot drinks. Everything in the hotel is organized perfectly. Very clean. 5 minutes walk to the ski lift. The ski resort is the best of all in this region. We will definitely come back.
