Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Free parking in front of the house skiroom, Heated ski boot rack. Facility is not the newest.

The location and looks of the hotel are just breath taking, every aspect of the hotel is well maintained and it was hard to find anything to really complain about because the business is ran with love and I would recommend to any person who travels in this city. The only thing to really complain about was that the poor little girl who is in charge of the whole breakfast area is very over worked and its hard to find her and ask her to make eggs (that to my taste very very over salted ) and wait for things like water in the cettle to be refiled or other items.

Great breakfast. Quite room. Hotel Garni -> Single room in fairly old style urgently needs a facelift. It feels like back to the 70‘s. Wellness only open till 20:00.

Exceeded our expectations in every way. You can tell that love was put into everything, even the making of the hotel, let alone the service provided. Facilities are beyond and Eva and her husband are the loveliest people you will meet. Wanting to come back to Austria just to stay here again. Sending love from Australia.
