Set between the Rastkogel and Eggalm cable cars to the Zillertal 3000 Ski Area in the Ziller Valley in the village of Tux, Hotel Tirolerhof 4 Sterne Superior offers Alpine-style rooms, characteristic Tyrolean cuisine, a cozy lounge with an open fireplace and a spa area. The Tirolerhof will provide guided ski and snowboard tours as well as many other winter activities. A ski storage room with ski boot dryer is at guests' disposal. The stop of the free ski bus is in the immediate vicinity of the property, providing direct connection to the Eggalm or Rastkogelbahn Cable Car (3-minute ride) or to the Hintertux Glacier Ski Area (15-minute ride). The surrounding Zillertal Valley and Tux Valley area are ideal starting points for hiking in summer and cross-country skiing in winter.

Food is exceptional, forthcoming staff, heated outdoor pool was a highlight for kids, its really well maintained and you see how the family is involved in the day to day. Can only recommend! ? Nothing

The hotel has wonderful breakfast, good in variety and quality. Premises are designed with style and made with quality. Very good gym area and wellness area. Staff is friendly. The hotel is very nice if you get to stay in the main building. I did not like to be moved to nearby guest house and walk to main building for check-in, check out, breakfast and wellness center. At the moment of booking nothing suggested that my room will be in another building 200 meteres down the road. Later I received message that my stay will be in guest house and not main hotel. To be clear - the guesthouse is nice classic Austrian chalet, there is nothing wrong with that apart from the fact that all the services are in another building and design is dated compared to the main building.

Excellent, comfortable, healthy food and healthy sleep. Spa was great. Franz, Nina, Matthias and one lady serving breakfast were outstanding. Compared to Bad Kirchler Hotel in Hintertux and many other hotels we have stayed at, the other members of staff could be trained in interacting better with guests. I am not talking about language barriers but about perceiving and really giving the feeling of being welcomed.

Although the hotel seemed a bit understaffed, with many guests and limited staff support, we barely noticed thanks to Luka's exceptional efforts. He went above and beyond to ensure guests didn’t have to wait too long. We'll definitely be returning!
