All stuff are dirty and old, smell

Staff was very nice and helpful location very quiet and very nice food options around the corner we're very good lots of choices to choose from. Would highly recommend if in the area it would stay again for sure.. Nothing although I wish I could have stayed longer.

Low room rates. Great location opposite a German craft beer pub. Next to vinmart shopping mall. More hot water 24/7 Instructions in English how to use the TV.

The hotel gave me the room which isn’t as description. I’ve told the staff, she made an excuse. I’ve told her I’m a freelance hotel inspector and i know from inside out, her boss jumped in making an excuse and i disagreed all excuse but as for a room change. the boss finally change me another room. i don’t like this kind of business: ads a good deal but doesn’t give the right product, i wonder if others have to accept the unwanted service As a freelance hotel inspector POV, it’s not clean as expected. there’s a cigarette butt in the toilet when I’ve checked in
