Room is cozy, nice. The neighborhood is tranquil. And close to market, beach and park. The room service need improvement. I would expect my serving to maintain the same everyday, but seems like the room maid forgot to fill in every time. The internet is so-so, sometimes it is too slow to use, sometimes it is OK. And usually out of service after a period of time. Thus, I have to call for help.

The place was clean, spacious, and the location was quite centric. I have not much to complain about.

I got a small accident at the hotel in which the manager was quick to bandage me and drove me to the hospital. They apologized, took care of the hospital bill, changed our room, and even take us out to eat, even offer to take us around Phu Yen. Accidents happen, but what’s important is how they react to the accident and make guests comfortable. I’ll make sure to book this place if I ever have the chance to travel to Tuy Hoa again. On a side note, room is modern, spacious and clean, with all the amendities you need to be comfortable. The room lighting is perfect, with giant windows. Wifi is strong. Oh and did I mention the fact that bike rentals are super cheap? Due to constructions, we had a little power outage during our stay, and the wifi doesn’t work on our last day.
