he location of the hotel was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent, though there is scope for improvement in terms of variety and quality. The main area of concern was the service. Response times were quite slow, and the checkout process alone took nearly 20–25 minutes, which could certainly be made more efficient. Considering the price, the in-room amenities could also be enhanced to provide better value for guests. Overall, I would rate the room experience an 8/10. Service remains a big question mark. While the staff were polite and courteous, the response time for almost everything—be it parking, room service, general requests, or even checkout—was far too slow.

Room, location and view . Check in staff service mind was super friendly!!! The entrance. First impression when walking in the building was a bit confused. I made us wonder whether we were on the correct location. Until we learned that the check in floor was 6th floor.

I was just a bit surprised with the “a-la-cart” breakfast buffet as it could not give us flexibility on choosing foods that we want, however understand that there were not enough guests opted in for breakfast, hence they offered this breakfast style :)

Big TV with YouTube. 4 great pillows. Bed was comfortable. Swimming pool is just amazing and the staff at the pool was cool. No chairs on the balcony. A little food smell in the room. Would be great if they use an air freshener.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The premium rooms were high up and the view is beautiful..it is close to the malls and there is a strip with spas and stores near the hotel. A little ways down is an affordable karaoke spot as well. I love the complete gym. The front desk lobby is not constantly air conditioned which made checking in and checking out a little hot. I did go during an off season, however, so they may have been conserving energy. I felt bad for the staff since it was a hot season.

Never been to 5 start claim to be . The worthless room ever stay my life . Front desk need to be retrained to 5 start standard host guest and services. The Quality of Construction very loud noise when people pass by your room and doesn’t have proof sound system between room to room .
