The pool area is totally left uncared for. The pool is unusable because water is not refilled, chairs are teared down. The whole area looks like a haunted area….

Location, facilities, clean and staff but it is a little unsatisfied when the staff forget our meal ( breakfast in the early morning) although the restaurant prepared it.

Room is clean, quite spacious which rarely find. Located right in the center so easy to explore neighborhood Breakfast selection is still limited. But it is acceptable for an affordable discounted price

Very nice room with great view Good location Breakfast ok Staff has poor command of English which leads to lack of efficiency and maybe lack of goodwill. Not even allowing to wait at the swimming pool till train time (4 pm) after mandatory check out at noon. Hours waiting in a non AC lobby Nice swimming pool , large with great view BUT access looks an abandoned warehouse

Four days in the Phú Yên Everyday Hotel, Tuy Hòa - just magnificent. The hotel was quiet, not the busy season, so some mornings we had a buffet breakfast, others, à la carte - both plentiful, hot and tasty. A variety of restaurants were close by for our other meals from phở to pub. Being in the centre of town access to shopping centres and the market were all easy. And the bed in the room was just excellent. The clothes dryer was an added extra bonus.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Modern facility. Everything working and good condition. The address caused the taxi driver to take me to the wrong location. But on google maps the location was accurate.

The location and the size of the room in PHÚ YÊN EVERYDAY HOTEL were great. We only spend there one day because of a business trip and it was perfect for that. The view of the city from the room at night is also quite good. We didn't have enough drinking water and didn't find an easy way to get more at night. It also was quite hot in the room when we arrived. The breakfast was a bit limited, but we were pretty late so maybe the good items were already gone, although it did look like the breakfast was just lacking items, certainly room for improvement there.

We requested Honeymoon setup and somebody replied on Booking message said yes but there was nothing when we arrived or even during our long stay for our special holiday. That was disappointed us. Staff are friendly in general but Receptionist kinda pushy us when we asked to rent a bike

very clean and fresh room, very nice staff, very comfort bed adv with lux and sky pool, but no operating pool. it has air dresser machine, but the staff said it was not working anymore. cant use the sink and tub cant take a shower with swinging curtain big fridge and no food or drink at all as well as no electricity
