Good breakfast... Decent motel laying. Rain came thru the window; leaking from the top.. Termite looking flies swarmed at night. My second room had cracked window, yet crudely repaired.

The location was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping stores. The sheets had stains and the pillows were small and cheap. The room smelled smoke. The owner/manager was rude and uncooperative.

My daughter and I had a nice stay and felt completely safe traveling by ourselves. Room was clean, hardwood floors were nice, nothing extra fancy but was perfect for our needs. Staff offered us extra water bottles upon arrival which was a nice touch.

without interruption. The PTAC unit never cooled although the thermostat was set on 70 F. The desk clerks were apprised of these shortfalls, but no outside contractors ever arrived. The coffee being Community was excellent as well the blue berry muffins. The liquid eggs were an abomination as were the sides. I ate elsewhere! End of report.

Front desk associate was very nice and personable. Great location. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Air conditioner worked well thankfully since we currently live in the Texas summer heat. Bed was also very comfortable and the room rate was a great price too. Thank you for providing us with great service. The TV was a bit old and didn't have the capabilities to connect his firestick/roku into it to stream. It would be loud during commercials and quiet during the tv show. It wasn't a problem but I was trying to be mindful for the neighbors.

It was very clean and quiet. I was disappointed because the pool wasn't open and I booked online. It was a trip to see my grandkids so we were looking forward to swimming. So that put a bummer on the whole trip.

Customer service exceeded my expectation. The location was great. It was surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, and activities for children. The location of the room on the bottom floor close to where we parked. The room with a double king and sofa bed was lovely. It was very spacious and comfortable. The sink in the bathroom could have been cleaner. The guest across the hall were loud the entire stay, but overall my family enjoyed their stay.

The room was great and the facility was very clean. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and served on time. We were very disappointed that the pool was unavailable for use during our stay. The pool was a major factor in my choice of the facility.
