We loveedddddd the people that worked at the property. They are the sweetest most caring people. The kitchen is also very nice to have in the room. The wifi is good aswell. We did miss some utensils in our kitchen.

The staff were very nice and responded to any issues The fact that the toilet overflowed and I had to use the towels to get the water up and got charged 40 dollars for soiling towels because the flood so was dirty... it's black and seem like yall never mopped it...and when I asked about the charges the manager promised to email me pictures of the towels and she never did.

Our stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean, check in was fast and the front desk staff was great. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

No breakfast, only coffee. Didn’t have the room I reserved. No house keeping service. Very odd put trash and dirty towels in hallway for service procedure which wasn’t explained. Had to purchase pillows for comfort.

The property was great and easy to access It was a great stay in until we ended up with fleas after washing clothes. We got our room cleaned twice but had no open availability to change rooms so we left. Unable to get remaining of my bill back. I will not be staying here again.

The kitchenette was nice to have. Kitchenette seemed to be cleaned. Room was very worn. Carpet was worn down to concrete, bed was not comfortable, to soft. Room smelled musky.

It was a last min decision to stay fit baseball tournament and it wasn’t bad but wasn’t 5 star by any means

The 1st night Jasmine was the absolute best but the next morning Gina was very rude and she is the reason we will never book there again. I completely understand people have bad days but you don’t stare at your guest and act like you do not see them. If I’m going to spend money for the weekend I will be going to a place with great customer service.

There is a bulb burned out and a lamp by the bed, and no paper filters for the coffee maker.
