Very poor

Friendly staff, balcony overlooking pool, clean, spacious, quiet area .

It had a pool and nice views of the rice fields We had tried to contact the property for weeks before coming about some queries/requests and never heard back from them. Once we arrived, we struggled to communicate with them as there was quite a language barrier. The building quality was quite poor with outlets hanging out of holes in the wall and lots of cracks where bugs would come in and out. Not a single door or window was sealed so heaps of bugs would crawl through, especially at night.

The location was good, close to Ubud Market. 15 mins away in a scooter. The place was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. The place wasn't mainted well. The bedsheets and towels were dirty on the day we arrived. They didn't have basic stuff like first aid kit and wine glasses.

No house keeping

My wife fell on the bathroom floor and almost broke her wrist on our honeymoon. Coupling this with the fact that we got a bait and switch where they told us we’d be getting a private pool for the room we booked, but had to pay an additional $650 was unacceptable. It would have been bearable had the Villa been worth the upgrade, but unfortunately it just was filthy. When we tried to get a hold of the owner for a refund because the terms of service had been made void as a result of advertising something different than what they offered they lied. They said we would be getting a refund, but instead they were waiting for us to leave before anything was done. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had staying anywhere. The only thing that made up for it was the other places we stayed. I do not recommend staying here at all!

Pool Staff doesn't have good knowledge about the around places and travel plans. Don't take any adivise from them.

Good

The service is quite slow. The map location is not correct. Check-in takes about 10 minutes even when you come in the afternoon. Morning breakfast which is delivered to your room is not on time, although you have asked for it when you check-in.

Breakfast was ok, I ordered the same next day but with juice not coffee, which was only warm. Pool was nice, nice view. Ants, and cats that want your meal, were some things I didn't like. Also the plants around the pathways should be trimmed back. The mattress or bed was a bit faulty, but comfortable enough. Bedroom was smaller than I thought, but the bathroom was ok. the hand shower in the bath I couldn't get to work, but it didn't matter , there was a good shower in the room anyway. The map showed the property on the corner of the main road but it was a bit down a road, around 2 corners and down a Gang (laneway) at least it was being maintained though , a guy was filling potholes with limestone.

Staff was ok This villa was in a village between a farm and looking extremely scary even at 6pm. We had to stay there for 1night since we made payment already and there were no service that time to go back. I will never recommend this property to anyone. Breakfast was bad. During night cats dogs and bugs sounds were coming due to which we were unable to stay there. We checked in on 16th evening and did not use this property for 2days. I want my money back asap. Had a terrible experience there.
