Beautiful, clean and neat. Not Ideal location but very quiet which is nice.

Approach was difficult for the taxi

The balcony, the room and bathroom, the owner and his wife and mom ( which every morning greets me with a smile and asking me how was my day before and whats my plans for today, places lovely smelling incense and leaves) were very friendly, it was very clean, the breakfast is delicious, near to ubud center and around it are lots of restaurants, cafes and even laundry places. The bed was not comfortable at all

Very nice hosts, good AC, good location, and rented me an affordable scooter. The bathroom walls were pretty dirty (mold) and need a scrub :/. The outdoor common area (where there is a fridge) could use cleaning/tidying up.

What was not to like about the property? It’s centrally located but away from the busyness of Ubud. My room was spacious and inviting. The shower was beautifully decorated. The ac blew cold. There was a patio and an outdoor kitchen area with hot plate, dishes, utensils, a sink, and a fridge. The breakfast was quite good, too. Best of all, Koming and her family were super nice and helpful. I felt so welcome in their compound. The room had a strong moldy smell that didn’t go away, even with the windows open. This is the only reason I rated the property an 8 instead of a 10.

The whole family was very friendly, hospitable, and accommodating to me. I'd stay here again when I come back to Ubud. The property is also surrounded by nature, which I liked.

Fantastic stay in an authentic Balinese guesthouse with the loveliest hosts ever. When they say they take their guests as family, it is not just words... They do it for real. The room is clean, the bed extremely comfortable. I can't recommend it enough!

The room had everything needed for my week stay. The family is so sweet. It felt like a true home away from home, tucked away so it was quiet but close enough to the palace and busy areas to walk. The breakfast includes picking from a menu (not just toast like some places), and loved everything I tried! They even have a mosquito plug in the room and brought the mosquito incense every morning outside. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower setup, tended to spray up above my head so I had to take it off of the hook and use the handle.

Fantastic location and family. Tasteful breakfast. Everything clean and working perfectly. Enough available chairs and table to work. Will come back for sure. The bulb over the bed was burned out, or disconnected, which made the room a bit shady. I didn't complain though as the light was still enough

I stayed in this wonderful homestay for 2 weeks and it was amazing! Perfect location, central but very quiet and no crazy traffic outside the window. It felt like home, very cosy and friendly. Friendly hosts, always ready to help. Good location a short walk to the center but far enough away from the noise and pollution. Big, spacious room with lots of shelves, nice private terrace with fridge, dishes and a water dispenser. Good hot water and water pressure. They offer a nice breakfast and even meals at other times (at reasonable prices) if you're feeling lazy to go out, but there are plenty of warungs and convenience stores in the neighborhood if you're not. The only real minus is the musty smell in the room. They sealed off the air vents with plastic, which keeps the mosquitos out but also impedes air circulation and the fan and aircon only help a bit with this. It would be better if they replaced the plastic with mesh.
