From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out the location, my room, the food and the staff were absolutely exceptional!!! Everyone knew me by name and always went above and beyond with anything I needed, I truly felt like I was with family when it came to the staff there! I will definitely be back at this hotel and spa when I return to Bali.

Junjungan hotel was absolutely amazing. The view from the room of the rice fields were stunning and started the day off right each time. The breakfast at this hotel was soooo good. The fried rice and banana pancakes were delicious. The staff was so accommodating and professional it made for an amazing first experience to Bali. The front desk, house keeping, and the entire staff were so kind such a loving and beautiful staff. I will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends back home, and I will definitely be returning again here soon. The location of this hotel is not far from the rice fields and is a short drive to other locations. Cafes and food options are in walking distance as well. My stay here was perfect thanks you for everything Junjungan. I loved everything about this hotel.

Friendly, attentive staff and their warmth. Having our breakfast in the balcony gazing over the rice paddies. Loved the rustic balinese style of our room. Just a minor thing, there is no lift so need staff’s help in bringing up/down the luggages.

The staff at this hotel were very kind and super helpful. It is a beautiful hotel with a great view. The rooms offered some great amenities, all while the hotel remained super simple. It is a great place to stay if you're looking for something close to downtown Ubud but quiet and rather small. The bed were very comfy as well. The rooms are a little dated, but that depends on personal preference. The rooms were pretty clean, although the bathrooms could use more attention like the shower curtains.

Junjungan is located at a great spot in Ubud, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the center but easily accessible thanks to the free shuttle the hotel provides. Our room overlooked scenic fields and was large and comfortable with a four poster bed. The staff are extremely kind and friendly and are always just a call away. Overall great value and we loved our stay here.

The room is very spacious and pretty. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. They are always to offer help whenever needed. I didn't expect a free daily shuttle to Ubud downtown - this definitely went beyond my expectation. Breakfast is great, too! I love this hotel and hope to come back with my friends or family in the near future. None.

All the individuals staff were really helpful and caring. We enjoyed a lot. But the wifi is the only things needs to upgrade the speed.

As a solo traveler, I was looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay. After spending a month here, I extended for another—it truly felt like home. The staff was incredibly kind, treating me like family. Every morning, they brought me coffee on the terrace so I could enjoy the stunning view of the rice fields. The location is peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, yet even during the rainy season, there were no mosquitoes or bugs. The free shuttle service was a great help, taking me to the town center and sometimes even to nearby towns. I especially loved the cozy alcove above the bed, which blocked the direct cold air from the AC—keeping the room cool all night without sleeping directly under it. And their food? Absolutely delicious! Make sure to try the traditional Indonesian dishes.

Amazing view from the balcony across the rice fields. Very spacious room with good quality beds and large bathroom. Nice hotel layout. It is quite far from the center of Ubud, so you'll need a driver to get there.

Staff exceptional, room very clean, overlooked rice fields. A little far from centre but free shuttle drop off and pickup to centre each day. Breakfast included, average but ok. Pool ok. Would recommend staying here, staff very helpful and organised return to Sanur and ferry tickets to Nusa Lembongan for us
