the views, the location and the restaurant/pool area was very pretty especially for the price. staff was also very friendly and did the best they could this was my only stay over my month in Bali that left me feeling disappointed. the view from my room was of a big broken down construction cite right in front of my window, with workers able to make eye contact with me from my room, which felt uncomfortable, especially with all the noise it caused. what really dissapointed me was the quality of the bed. i am not normally picky with mattresses at all, but i could feel the metal springs all through the mattress, there is clearly no mattress pad. night 1 was uncomfortable but bearable by making a DIY mattress pad with pillows, by night 2 i was waking up through the night with back pain. they really need to refresh the mattress situation because even for the price that felt pretty unacceptable. on my 3rd day i came back to the wifi in my room completely out. staff came to my room and messed with the router for a little, then left and told me they would be back soon. after 30+ minutes went by with no wifi and no one coming back, I called the front desk to ask the status of when it will be fixed. I was offered no solution and they could not give me any timeline as to when it would be working. I ended up going down to the restaurant to use their wifi, and the wifi in the cafe, all of which were VERY slow and barely usable. After 30 more minutes of trying to download an ESim on that wifi with little luck due to the connection, I just asked if I could be moved to a room with working wifi. Staff told me they needed to check and would get back to me. In that time I just bought the ESim and handled it myself. They did end up offering to move me to another room with working wifi after that, which I can appreciate them trying but after all of that I was just ready to leave and check out. This place is pretty maybe for 1 night if you can handle the mattress and very spotty internet. I was excited to leave by the end of my 3 nights here.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Its a small hotel however has good facilities. Location was great; its a little outside the centre which is good as you can relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Breakfast was nice and on time; massage service was reasonably priced. Good wifi

It was a nice stay. The location is great—only about 10 minutes from Ubud Palace by motorbike. The property is peaceful, with a lovely lobby and excellent food. I did notice a lizard in the room and the washrooms could have been cleaned better.

I liked the great design, clean and comfortable room, and delicious room service food at a fair price, but most of all, the kind and accommodating staff were the best. They were easy to talk to and very helpful with recommendations of local places as well as any needs I had during my stay. The location for those who like walking may be a little far from city center, but I liked it for the peace and quiet, and it was just a short ride away by bike. Sometimes the water in bathroom was weak or not working well and slow to start back up. There was also occasionally water dripping from on of the ceiling panels. The gap between the roll down blinds on one of the window walls made it slightly hard to sleep in. Also I didn’t mind this, but if you have knee problems or a disability, I think the building’s rooms are mainly floor 2 and 3 and it might only have stairs.
