EVERY THING! Topnotch hospitality. The place is serene. If you want to relax, this is the place to be. Loved every minute of our stay. The staff is amazing. We were sad to leave. There is peace amidst the hyper fun chaos of Ubud! Nothing.

We had a great stay. We wanted to be in town of UBUD. The staff and the facility were great. However, our camera bag with about 6 months old apple air computer was dropped where they left it as we were leaving the hotel. On the outside we did not see any crack. But when my husband started the computer at the next location, noticed the computer was broken. We contacted them and they responded promptly with one night hotel stay refund for the incidence. Although it would not completely cover the cost of the computer replacement, we do appreciate their prompt response.

10 min away from the very busy city center. Great relaxing spot We got several mosquitoe bites even though we used plenty of repellents. That’s just nature. Nothing the hotel can do to help.

Amazing stay! Everything was perfect! The hotel grounds are extensive and beautiful. There are many activities available, like yoga, afternoon tea, craft projects, shuttle to town, and there was a special dinner with an Indonesian dance troupe performing. Our room was large, with a balcony, swing and sitting area. The staff was very attentive and professional and always remembered our names. Room was very large, so needed a night-light to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

This property is magical - in a stunning lush setting. The rooms are very large and clean, the pool is serene, and the spa is glorious. The location is also perfect. We walked everywhere- yet also could escape the Ubud chaos in the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive and very professional. There is nothing I didn’t like.

Absolutely stunning property with lush landscape, beautifully designed, clean and peaceful. Nothing short of amazing! The staff here are spectacular and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. You really feel pampered and cared for in every way. This resort is a sanctuary just a few minutes walk away from the bustling streets of Ubud. Rooms are very spacious with large bathrooms and very cozy beds. We especially loved the pajamas, bedtime stories and complimentary water and cookies in the room that were refilled daily. The staff are also impressively good at restocking and cleaning the rooms very quickly while you're out of the room. Bathroom/mirror lighting could be brighter.

I really enjoyed my stay at Komaneka. The room was lovely, with a big bathroom and plenty of space, and I loved having a balcony with such a nice view. The staff were honestly amazing so friendly, professional, and welcoming, which really made the experience special. The spa was exceptional as well, both the setting and the staff were outstanding. They truly went above and beyond to give us the best experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. There wasn’t much for my toddler to do at the hotel, so it wasn’t the easiest in that sense for families with little ones. The food was fine but nothing special, breakfast was quite limited. Still, it wasn’t bad, just not as impressive as everything else at the property
