The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, and attractions, and the overall value was outstanding. Only that we couldn't have stayed longer.

Location near markets and inside the water temple lovely views and peaceful. Great to sit at water temple for huge breakfast and overlook the tranquil setting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room good size. Nice bathroom. Divided over location. Inside the hotel was tranquil quiet, no problem. Water temple was lovely. The street outside was a constant noisy traffic jam.

Location and food Last order for dinner was at 9pm however it was incorrectly mentioned in instructions page upon check-in.

Check was really good including being blessed / greeted in traditional style, Staff were very accommodating and very good, Breakfast in the Lotus cafe was great, free temple walk was very good The old fashioned door padlock

This hotel is stunning! The staff are friendly and helpful and the bungalows are gorgeous. The location is excellent - it feels local and quiet despite it being just off the main road. We loved having breakfast and looking across the water palace! The bath in the bathroom was luxurious. The door was really small and I hit my head!

I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone, located in a spectacular location with a nice pool, a great spa and next door to the water temple. I really enjoyed my stay and the hosts thought of every detail to make us happy Nothing really - only improvement is maybe that the breakfast service is a bit slow

This temple is amazing at night. The lighting and water effects are like something from a movie. Whether you stay here or not, be sure to visit and have dinner once its dark. Also, they are one of the first places I've found that actually has the local beer on tap. The place is quiet and in the middle of everything.

This is my second stay here and it really felt like coming back home. The staff is amazing- friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The Spa is absolutely wonderful! Will certainly go back Not many room have standing showers. Breakfast is mediocre although the setting is spectacular

Perfect location, it doesn‘t get any more central than this, adjacent to the Ubud Water Palace. Wonderful garden, charming pool, great spa, restaurant with view on Water Palace.

There were so many bonuses with our room - very nice and big, two metres from the pool, two minutes from breakfast and the location of the hotel was great in central Ubud. Breakfast was wonderful with views of the water palace. The only problem was inconsistency of the aircon during the night it waas often too cold in the room or too hot.

The Saraswati resort is in the middle of the shopping streets with many restaurants, but the Saraswati restaurant is most beautiful and surround the huge lotus ponds and waterfalls. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and loved it. Our villa overlooked the lotus ponds and we watched the dance performance from our verandah, amazing.
