Great location, close to the Yoga Barn and ARMA, and walking distance to the city centre. Large room with bath and shower. Friendly service. Two beautiful pools. Small number of rooms. Breakfast can be served in your room. Small amount of bottled water provided daily. Good aircon. Great cafe opposite. Late check in available if arriving after midnight on a 9pm or 9:30pm flight. Overall a good value budget option Room needs a refresh (peeling paint) and bathroom was dusty. Location is quite noisy and the pool fountain starts early for light sleepers. Breakfast was quite ordinary and cannot be served early (limited slots). Reception staff very keen to organise a driver for the day but no catalogue for prices/options in the room. TV didn't work unless you have your own streaming service. Afternoon tea snack was fried banana and tea/coffee from an urn every day. Having stayed previously, I would say this is not as boutique as it once was however it's a good budget option not far from the centre.

Very central location, clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff The hot water didn’t work initially due to a leaking pipe, but the staff addressed it right away and gave me the option to either move rooms or just use the shower across the way.

The location couldn’t be better — tucked away just enough to feel tranquil, yet still close to everything that makes Ubud special. Every detail, from the layout to the service, reflected a deep sense of care. Tebasaya Cottage offers that rare combination of comfort, beauty, and heart — a true hidden gem in Ubud. ? We really enjoyed our stay at Tebesaya Cottages! The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Yoga Barn. While it’s on a busy street, the rooms are quiet once you’re inside. The pool area is peaceful and surrounded by lush greenery, making it a lovely place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was clean and charming, with a good hot shower and even a blow dryer, which was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the on-site breakfast café on our first morning. On our last day, they kindly held our bags so we could explore Ubud a bit more before heading to our next destination. Highly recommend! It’s on a busy street, however the rooms are very quiet once you’re inside.

Bad smell from air conditioner

Great from moment I stepped foot on villa. Friendly staff even at 12am. Breaky value for money. Wasn't included in my stay but value. Place was clean now rubbish laying around There isn't anything

Beautiful layout with scenery and pools. The staff were awesome. 1-The onsite kitchen and dining area looked very unsanitary, and no real staff. I toured the area and would definitely booked elsewhere; The location was far out. Not near shops and other dining options. 2-I requested double beds at the time I booked but was given a King size bed; luckily my sister in law didn’t mind sharing the bed with me. 3-there were ants in the bathroom but I just tried to make the best of things.

Location and facility is good The room needed some work and better cleaning. I was particularly bothered by the smell, it was nothing too bad or too strong but I dont think I would have stayed comfortably for long. I was there only one night and it was okay but the sheets were smelling a bif of old or moldy.

The staff tried their best with a very poor product and obviously limited budget and means. They are sweet but clueless and I found the stay to be lacking in so many ways - but their sweetness made me stay 1. Very noisy rooms - right on the road super noisy 2. Badly cleaned when I arrived 3. A smelly bathroom 4. pillows that were lumpy and smelled like damp body odor 5. Air con was not working very well at all old and probably not filter cleaned 6. Small tight pool space I never comment here generally but it has to be public because it was such a below average experience

I was a little under the weather on one of the days I was there and the staff namely Nadya went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and taken good care off - meals and medicine. Thank you so much again Nadya and team. Beautiful Quaint property with two pools. Walking distance to Jalan Hanoman - yoga barn, monkey forest. Lovely and convenient.

We stayed as part of a large family group. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff were lovely people.

Superb

Lovely place, great swimming pools, attentive and very polite staff. The whole place was very clean and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Noisy nearby road, constant traffic other than a few hours in the middle of the night

Our room was a good size, it was clean and the staff were lovely. I loved having our own veranda and our room had everything we needed. The breakfast was a bit ordinary. Although the kitchen staff were really lovely they could maybe do with some more training. Little things like picking up dirty dishes on the way back to the kitchen, would help.
