Ants in room, can't be helped and not a big deal really. Mosquito net around bed would've been great, especially as lots of water around so there's no getting away from them. Could do with nicer loungers around the pool as they're stone.

Large pool, close to rice field walk, fan in room Lot of steps, no breakfast, didn’t clean room daily

The location is beautiful next to a waterfall. However this place needs a lot of love. It hasn’t been updated for a very very long time. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and the pool is full of bugs and appears not to have a cleaning filter. Too bad as this place would be amazing with som TLC. No breakfast is offered. Not clean, very old.

The jungle setting was extraordinary

The location, there was a pool area and we liked the decor on our doors and our balcony. The AC worked and the value for money was good. The bathroom could do with a sprucing up and the pool area could have a bit more love.

Amazing garden and pool, just perfect to chill from the busy Ubud

I like the bungalow i had and the view it provided The dank smell in the bathroom and the stench of the towels

The hotel is located in a nice location. We spend 3 nights in this hotel. The first night we had a room that smelled so bad like paint that the next morning we woke up with a headache. It was truly awful. If you do diced to stay here, check if you get this room. The other rooms are ok. Because of this first night the score is bad.

Very good location if you want to be in the center of Ubud. Lovely back yard with large swimming pool. No breakfast, water bottles or tea, I really missed that. Bathroom needs a make-over, water from sink was pouring on the floor... Steep mossy steps to my room, no railing to hold on to, bit dangerous... Beds by the pool are really very old (stone) and ugly :-(.

I'd like to share my recent experience during my stay at this hotel, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. First and foremost, I'd like to mention that the room was perfectly adequate and met my expectations. However, I encountered a few setbacks that I believe are important to address. One of the main reasons I opted for this hotel was the advertised pool; unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that the pool was out of service. This news was disheartening, especially considering that I specifically chose this establishment for the pool experience. What was even more disheartening was the lack of compensation or price adjustment for this inconvenience. I chose to overlook this setback and continue with my stay. However, my disappointment persisted when I handed over my laundry for cleaning. The laundered items did not meet the expected standards. Some of the clothes were still slightly damp, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. To my great surprise, I noticed an iron mark on one of my nylon towels. So this oversight was particularly unexpected. To make matters worse, some of my clothes returned in a less satisfactory condition than before. This was a first for me, as I've had laundry done in Bali multiple times before and have always been satisfied with the results. In summary, while the room lived up to expectations, the disappointment I felt regarding the pool situation and the laundry service cast a shadow over my stay at this hotel. I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements in these areas and enhance the experience for future guests.

The wonderful location close to nature, its quietness. Close to the market and close to the rice fields. There was everything basic one would need. The many staircases. However this is inevitable in this quiet valley location.
