Big Thankyou to Agung and Ketuk for their hospitality. Ketuk the housekeeper treated me like her friend , cleaned the room very well and made my stay very comfortable . Agung the owner went above and beyond to provide me her husbands Sarong for Temple event and had great conversations felt like a family. The room was excellent , clean ,spacious and AC was strong , no humid smell . I will stay here again for sure. Honestly Nothing was wrong

Get the upstairs deluxe room for the lovely view. The trash behind the stairs in that field.

Putu the staff member, was very helpful and welcoming. More love needs to be injected with the over all maintenance of this place.

Nice room, nice view from the top. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood with live music If you don't like live music coming from the street, this place is not for you. We enjoyed it. It stopped at about 10-11 pm.

Very simple, a bit tired place but clean and with good location. If you're travelling in a low budget, then that would work for you the place is old, need renovating :)

The location was okay, everything was pretty much in walking distance. The sheets and towels were fresh and clean. The AC worked. There is no warm water (we had warm water once for 10 min during our entire stay). The bathtub was filthy and unusable. The doors are not very secure and could very very easily be broken into. It does not look like in the pictures.

I’ve fond memories waking up from my comfy bed to a vista of greenery and the sound of nature from my spacious balcony . After my morning yoga I’d take a soak in the bath , then step out into a multitude of cafe options right at my door step and spoilt for choice along the bustling street. The place is well maintained and the caretaker likely a clean freak, lol, as she was always popping in to refresh, sweep , offer more towels ….. This place ticked all my boxes , is amazing value for money . I shall look forward to returning to my upstairs haven

The location is perfect and the lady in charge of the cleaning is just lovely, she does everything on her hand (which unfortunately, is not much) to make you feel at home (thank you for that Putu! You are the best ☺️) I stayed in room number 1 (I don't know about the others) but this one had a slide door that was not fully closing and it was all full of mold (including pillows and matress) I'm not usually very picky but this crosses a limit. I booked for 9 nights and have to leave on the 3 day because I Could not take it any longer. At least luckily, the owner at the end understood the situation and let me cancel the rest of the days. I hope the owner makes the proper changes to create a healthy environment where people feel comfortable. There are places 10x better for half the price. Don't waste your money here.

the standout feature of my stay was the receptionist. She was incredibly polite, helpful, and nice, which made the experience much more pleasant. This hotel is outdated everything in the room was very old. The door was particularly problematic, it was hard to close and could easily be pushed open with a light touch This made me uncomfortable about my safety even though the area felt secure Dear Owner, I want to emphasize that security is very important. The state of the door made it feel like I was sleeping outside, which is concerning

Great location in the middle of the city but without heavy traffic. Spacious room and bathroom, fridge in the outside kitchen. Hosts are very nice. A little noisy because of the location.

Location and value for money Bathroom got a bit humid and smelly but that’s normal in Bali with the ventilation and weather

It was wonderful to live in this place! It is on a lovely street with many cool cafes in ubud.The room itself was awesome, with a fully equipped indoor kitchen that had all the utensils. The room is very spacious, cozy and high quality. there is a lot of greenery around. The host is incredibly friendly, all requests were fulfilled! I highly recommend staying at this place!
