Shower cold water only. Carpet dirty.Teenage girls running up and down hallway at3am. Staff had no security to stop the running shouting etc.c

The guest room door locks are faulty. Required several long trips back to the front desk for help opening my room door. After a day of this , the front desk person was struggling to get the door unlocked and I said that she should report this faulty lock for repair. Her response was a laugh as she said most of the door locks there were like this. That attitude was apparent throughout the hotel.

We traveled with our dogs and the pet friendly rooms were clean and easily accessible to the outside. Staff was friendly!

Stayed in rm 218, it was clean and AC on which was nice as it was hot out. Parking easy lots of spaces. Breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean and a good size for our family. I loved how it is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

The young lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed and bedding was so comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel has a restaurant and Starbucks on the parking lot. Applebees and IHOP on the corner. Very convenient. The lighting in the hallway and in the room very dim.

All was good.

Very honest staff! I called because I left my coffee mug in my room, and when I went to pick it up they said “you left this as well” and handed me my iPad!

For some reason we were given an handicapped shower which leaked and the faucet was hard to turn. The fridge hardly cooled so it was pretty much useless. The rug had numerous stains.

It was very comfortable. Two things: (1) I am disabled. I cannot reach very high. It would be great if the facility could put some hooks down lower in the ADA-accessible bathroom so I could hang my clean clothes instead of leaving them folded on the small cabinet next to the sink. (2) I was looking for some place to eat sushi for dinner. There were no listings of restaurants in the room so I could find out where to go.

Hot Breakfast is good with scrambled egg and bacon. Enjoyed.

Parking was good, breakfast was decent for continental style breakfast. Only issue was toilet was leaking on floor when flushed.

Peeling paint in shower, dark hallway

1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again.

The room was clean and adequate… we showed up for breakfast at 9:30 with a 10 o’clock finish and everything was eaten, except for a couple sweet rolls. All the eggs and bacon were done.

As usual, our room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the sofa/seating area as our great grandson visited and was able to play with his new toy comfortable. Only downside is that the pool is no longer there, which was a surprise on check in. We had specifically looked forward to using the pool. All else as perfect as previous stays.

Nice location I’ve been staying at comfort Inn every time I come into town Dirty sofa bed pieces of what looked like bacon on the actual bed itself crumbs everywhere if you look back at room 219 it’s probably still there. Used piece of soap from previous guest in bathroom.
