This was our second time staying here and my family and I love this hotel. Having a room with a balcony, especially one that over looks the pool makes this hotel seem like a little oasis. What also makes it more so like an oasis is the landscaping and all sound the courtyard and pool area. C by b

My only other complaint is because of the yellow jackets we could not have that door open. One of the reason we like to stay here is that many of their rooms have sliding doors with screen doors. The suites on the top floor have doors without screens. So for our particular family it wasn’t an “upgrade”. Next time we book here I will put in the notes that it is important to have 2 beds and a balcony with screen doors. Other than that my dogs and I love that they keep dog treats at the front desk! Their breakfast is well stocked. The only other thing I dislike about this property is the elevator. It is super small and the doors are no longer in alignment. As the door opens and closes you can hear the metal scraping sounds. It makes my Great Dane very nervous. So I will also request ground floor from now on.

I thought the hotel was very nice. I got a balcony room and had wine and cheese while admiring the mountains in the background. The breakfast was good and had was very clean.

This was a great pit stop after visiting the giant redwoods! Easy walk to Applebees for dinner and a dip in the pool!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a great variety of breakfast options, and the location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Rooms are great! Love the balcony and breakfast! The most important thing to me is the safe pet area to take my dog for a potty break, complete with bags and a trash receptacle!

No discernible bathroom fan. Don’t follow restaurant referrals by night clerk. Floor vibrates from appliances (air conditioner). No water glasses. No hair conditioner. Too many disappointments to mention. Not worth the money.

This is a thoughtfully arranged property with laundry facilities,

For breakfast; the eggs were overcooked, the potatoes were over seasoned!!

Nice for a hotel in Ukiah. best for me was the bed was as firm as I like it, unusual for hotel beds in my experience.

Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping.
