Noisy as over a pub, restaurant and pub entrance

The room was small, but clean and a lovely view from the window. The restaurant was closed, but we ate nearby. Breakfast is only continental. We only had twin beds, but no big deal, and the room was small.

Loved the small town atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Lovely view of the bay from our window. The room carpet could use a steam cleaning.

Very noisy in room with band playing in bar till quite late.

On the beach good food and drink. Easy check in. Nada

All good

Unfortunately we were on the ground floor and the guests above us were noisy until 3 pm.This was not management fault...but perhaps if you go book top floor room quiet and stunning views.

Everything was great.

Clean, comfy room and generous supplies of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk and chocolate wafers. Breakfast room was beautiful and breakfast was just perfect. Staff was friendly and attentive. I really liked the information for visitors, which was useful and comprehensive. When I arrived late Sunday night I was delighted to be in time for last orders. Will definitely return and recommend the Arch to others. Can't think of anything to be honest.

The staff and locals were very friendly. I cannot think of anything.

Our room was over the dining room and we would hear lots of noise. The room wasn’t the cleanest but also was not overly dirty. No clear directions for check in. Breakfast was lacking and only served for 1 hour.

Fair pricing. Decent location. Parking can be difficult. The road outside is extremely narrow, and a lot of the parking along it are permit only. Had to park a good distance away, along the curb. VERY basic room. Accommodations seem to be far less a priority than the pub.

The location is fabulous, the view is magnificent. It’s a hub of activity. Good bar, live music. Various locations to hang out, inside and out. Decent continental breakfast. AMAZING coffee. Staff is helpful and friendly(this morning we were up before breakfast and a staff member got us a coffee❤️ The room was stuffy so a fan would have made a world of difference.

ample space for a solo traveler hard bed and pillows no porridge offering for included breakfast

Location Room was very, very small. Room description stated “Mountain Views”; that was a stretch. Window looked out on a back patio and RV/camper park. Be careful of the room description. Bathroom shower was moldy. So disappointed in the accommodations, we attempted to find another place to stay.
