I thought the bungalows were really great looking The place lacked charm, it did not give you any type of feel of the Balinese culture. I can venture to guest that it was foreign owned. The culture at the resort was overall very unwelcoming. The breakfast was average at best, but what was truly disappointing was dinner. Everything seemed underseasoned, except for the calamari. The pool closes at 6 PM so they can monetize their Restaurant and sunset view to outside guest.

The view, the staff at the restaurant especially were incredible. We had to walk all our luggage down a little ally to where our bungalow was. The buggy was not working apparently. It would’ve been nice to have the buggy in use all day so we could get dropped to our rooms after dinner etc.

The view was absolutely stunning from the restaurant & pool area over looking the ocean, something out of a post card. Very friendly staff. Food was delicious. Because of the thatch roof in our bungalow, we always had ants in our bed, this was not pleasant at all and kids were paranoid to sleep always feeling itchy. Our bathroom was terrible as it was not part of our room, this could just be due to the bungalow we booked, the worst part was that our toilet was not flushing properly and was leaking at the base so often the toilet area would be full of water which became disgusting towards the end, although it was reported many times and looked at by housekeeping, the problem wasn't solved and by the last night we spent there, our toilet was completely blocked, we had to use the toilet close to the pool area which was highly inconvenient. Maybe the menus can be changed up a bit, we eventually got tired of eating the same thing over & over, especially for breakfast, I guess if you spent just 1 or 2 nights it's ok, but if you there longer, it becomes boring, although whatever we ate was very delicious. We couldn't access the beautiful beach below us due the very very high & not the most safest steps leading down.

incredible location, nature combined with good facilities, an infinity swimming pool! be careful with the monkeys not to steal something otherwise it’s a charming experience to be so close to them

Loved the ocean view from the property and the bungalows. Dinner was incredible, too. A highlight of my travels! The breakfast didn't have many options for guests with food allergies.

We loved the location and the amazing hospitality shown by Gerome and all of his staff! Gerome was an amazing host. The food was organic, lovely and affordable! It was all great

Beautiful resort, the team are all great and look happy at their workplace. We had a unique experience staying in the Cliffside bungalow. The roar of the ocean waves by night + witnessed food chain going on in the rock wall bathroom , a (non venomous) snake having a midnight snack on a gecko. Mischievous monkeys by day all around. The panoramic view restaurant is lovely too! Just some humidity in the bungalow, we kept AC on… A word of advice, don’t be freaked out by monkeys thumping on the bungalow roof, just hide all stuff especially your phone from them. We saw the staff successfully retrieved one phone. Amazing!

We were spoiled staying in Villa Kubu Luna at Mu. The sheer size of the villa, the pool, the rooms with private outdoor bathrooms was stunning. Breakfast each day at Mu was wonderful which we coupled with a trip to Salty Coffee for our caffeine intake on our walk to and fro. The views across the Ocean are so expansive and calming. Its really a little quiet slice of paradise away from the craziness that is Bali. We spent lots of time in the spa and the staff are incredible. A sunrise walk to Impossibles and around to Padang Padang was a highlight. We didn't head to Bingin as it is currently dealing with some deconstruction, though noise isn't a real problem. One of the rooms in the villa was a bit moist. We didn't need to use it but it needed some airing to reduce mould.

Beautiful views and pool It was incredibly overpriced for what I got. Even though I had a large bungalow, the bathroom was rustic, and outside of the bungalow and the only way to latch the door was a wooden contraption that went through the door handle that didn’t work at all. Although breakfast was complementary, the choices were very limited and they charged extra if you want to modify anything. I stayed at the airport Hilton Garden Inn, which had a beautiful breakfast buffet. There should be more options included given the price. And the Olive card menu was very expensive with small portions And not particularly flavorful food. The Friendly the weight staff had very bad timing and was not very accommodating the yoga class was awful, and the teacher was very rude.

Great breakfast and location! Staff, facilities and location great. Be wary of the monkeys!

The spot is perfect with the swimming pool and the view on the sea /cliff Evererhing is super easy here (rent a bike, spa,…) Food is also very good with local fish every evenning The fact that bungalow are made in bamboo and straw, you have to be ready to have some non diserable insects / animals during night.

Great breakfast available with many different options. Lovely and attentive staff. Amazing location for the majestic Bali sunset. A cosmic little area of Bingin. Bagus N/A

Stunning coastal views, good food, friendly staff and delightful pool and sunset. Our room was a bit dark and had its bathroom in an outhouse - this was advertised but we would have preferred a bathroom inside.

Absolutely wonderful time! Staff was exceptional and venue was picturesque! Highly recommend the yoga room! Would love to come back!

The staff was very attentive and super friendly. Very private resort with amazing views. Excellent selection/varieties of food and beverages throughout the day and lovely dinner set up at night! It was nice to come and go with such ease. Very accessible to the beach, restaurants and shops.

No kettle or bar fridge in room. But survived just fine!

Such an exotic and quirky place! Really recommend if you’re looking for something unusual. I loved the yoga room. The room was very dark. We had to keep windows closed for the monkeys. The bathroom smelled. The hotel didn’t offer any recommendations, like I would expect from a nice boutique hotel. There is no beach access.

Stylish, cosy, bungalows, picturesque location on a cliff with see view. Very kind staff. Disappointed by the restaurant. Very tasty, but small breakfast. We had dinner only once - tasty, fresh, however only pasta and gnochi in menu. That’s what you can get everywhere. I was looking forward to experiencing local specialites. So we ate outside.
