The ambience, room, bfast, pool, location. Name it. Loved it all. Nothing really.

The hotel was comfortable and cozy. The pools and facilities were very nice and well maintained, and the restaurant served delicious food. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options. The only minor suggestions for improvement would be regarding the shower. It had a noticeable eucalyptus-like scent that remained even after we requested it to be cleaned. Also, there was no hot water in the shower during our stay. Fortunately, the warm weather made this a very minor inconvenience, but it would be great if these details could be addressed for future guests. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

The ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working that well so the steam would create a musty smell. We were charged for an item in the mini bar which we didn't actually eat. I later found out that my husband had just moved it to a shelf to make space for other things so when the staff did the check of the room they must have missed it.

Loved the pool layout, the breakfast and the breakfast location was great, little gym was a winner, quiet area and an easy place to do some walking

The staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. Room was fine. Breakfast was quite extensive with all that you may need to start a day. It has more items to contribute to a branch rather than just a breakfast. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Pool was nice and remain open even after the official opening hours as long as someone is in it. The bar and gym is next to the pool. Its not deep. We also took massage which was nice. The property is part of a Golf course and not connected to main markets etc. Uber bikes / cars comes right inside the gate for pick up / drops.

Room sizes are great. Sleep quality was good. Food choices were limited; there could be multiple restaurant choices. In the rooms, they can provide a few more amenities, more drinking water for making tea or coffee.

The pool was ok for a swim which I had to do a lot due to the gym only being small and always busy at the times I was going. Very frustrating at times but a good swim cleared my head. A very positive part of the hotel was DEWI and her team of masseurs, she was a shining star in a very dull and no vibe hotel, her massages were fantastic and very relaxing which made me feel better. FANTASTIC DEWI. Well, where can I start on this question, there are so many things that were very disappointing with this hotel, first of all its not a 5-star hotel, 3 stars at best. I wish people would stop lying on web pages to get customers to come to hotel, it also said it had a sauna, jacuzzi, which it didn't which really got under my skin, I am not sure if it's under maintenance as one staff member said there wasn't one there and another said it was getting fixed? upon arrival I had no greeting from staff member and had to get myself a welcome drink (I thought in back of my mind this is going to be a tough week) First thing I always do is pull back bed sheets to check if clean and yes, you guessed it bottom sheet was dirty? VERY ANNOYED AT THIS POINT, the whole hotel could do with an overhaul as things broken and just left, one lift was broke, pool cues rattling and one had no tip, towels in room were let's say not very comfortable to use, it just felt a bit dirty to stay there and made me feel not relaxed at all. One of the reviews I read about this hotel was from a gent back in 2017 and I thought I will give the hotel the benefit of the doubt, but he was so right in everything he said, Hotel is far from everything which is quite annoying as well, the list could go on but I'm getting bored of talking about it so will just leave it at that. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

It’s like an old gem, has some signs of old age but the overall beauty of the hotel and the big rooms is great for family.

There is no shuttle service available going outside the hotel; they only offer transportation between the hotel and Dreamland Beach, and back. The bathroom sink has a crack that was only patched with glue, which is will cause it to leak. And the water appears brownish, and I have to let it run for a long time before it becomes clear. I didn’t notice this issue in the shower at first, but when I used the bathtub, the water looked visibly dirty.

It’s quite far from main attractions.

It is a beautiful property, with a Great Restaurant and Morning Buffet, near the main pool and Golf Course. The property is a bit isolated from other restaurants and it was a little Difficult and confusing of how to navigate the four buildings to locate the room.

The pizza was undercooked and not edible. I expected a refund we only stayed there for 30 mins and left
