I loved absolutely EVERYTHING!!! The staff was super kind, the food was amazing and the room was LOVELY! The bathroom was outdoor so I did see a few bugs that freaked me out but other than that it was fine.

All I can say is staff, were kind, helpfull and friendly. During our recent stay, we encountered two significant issues that affected our overall experience. The restaurant portions were excessively small — approximately one-quarter of a normal serving. This applied to both à la carte orders and breakfast. We frequently left meals still hungry and had to order additional items. We strongly recommend that management review and increase the portion sizes to meet guest expectations. Additionally, the area experiences frequent power outages. During our stay, the hotel only provided two candles as backup. Because we had to keep the room door closed due to bugs and animals outside, there was no airflow or functioning air conditioning, making the room very uncomfortable and stuffy. In a popular tourist destination where power cuts are common, we believe the hotel should be better prepared by providing more adequate emergency lighting (such as torches or lanterns) and considering other guest comfort solutions during outages. Improving these basic services — food quantity and outage preparedness — would greatly enhance guest satisfaction. We could really get same service with lower price in somewhere else

I liked everything

Nothing other than the kindness of the staff. We were deceived on our arrival with the reception, the infrastructure and the room and its facilities as well as the welcome drink. The photos published on the booking.com site do not reflect the reality. An open-air reception, a small piscine and some rooms around. The hotel is isolated and has no access to the beach except a dangerous narrow stairway covered by a collapsed house on the bottom of a cliff. The facilities (washing room, toilet, shower of the room are outdoors in an open area (like a balcony). This permits to mosquitos to enter the room. the hot water low flow rate takes 15 minutes to arrive. The furniture and bed are poor quality and hard. The curtains are dirty and teared. The washing open space opens on an area without any security. We were so deceived to a point we walked far to eat, and we did not use the swimming pool, and we looked for another hotel. At that period of the year, with the costs of mule malu tropical one can have a comfortable suite with a private swimming pool.

Great hidden gem in the middle of vibrant Bingin. We have stayed with kids a few times, the staff is welcoming, and they serve a good breakfast. The garden makes this place unique.

Everything Nothing

Very cute property - loved the room. It was quiet and the outdoor bathroom was great in a very Balinese style. Lovely little pool area too and having a cafe on site was a great bonus to enjoy an afternoon drink or breakfast in the morning. The bed was a little small but that's only because my partner is over 6 ft tall and his legs hung over the end. Other than that it was all fabulous!

I love how eco friendly & beautiful the property was from the garden to the pool. The masseuse on property has absolutely magical hands, highly recommend a massage. Food and drinks were yummy too! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. No complains here.

This villa is like a secluded tropical paradise right in the heart of Uluwatu but nestled aside from the streets. The staff are so incredible kind and thoughtful and the rooms, pool, eating area are all clean, comfortable and exactly as listed.

Loved the room, staff were exceptional and property really well maintained. Walking distance to busy food/bar area and Bingin beach. Lovely massage on site ($19 aus for 60 mins). Breakfast was good but limited options with package (still worth it, food/coffee amazing) and free waterfall station at bar near pool area. About 15 mins on scooter to Ulluwatu and lots of walking opportunities once you’re closer to coastline through local streets between beaches. Too noisy and busy through the day into evening. More western tourists than locals, less friendly atmosphere than other parts of Bali and surrounding islands (pretentious crowd) and lots of traffic. Bungalows attached rather than individual. I wasn’t confident to ride scooter but easy to organise a Gojek or taxi

Everything was very nice especially the garden with the pool and the bewakfast Our room no 11 was next to Main Street and there was Al lot of noise at night

They left us staying and enjoying the pool even after checkout. The location is very cool!
