Clean and a staff that is out of this world. Exceptional communication between staff members. I wish there were more areas with less decorative tables (more functional) for working on a laptop and papers.

The hotel had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a beautiful, calming energy that instantly made me feel at home. The location is perfect—close enough to all the best beaches, cafés, restaurants, and everything happening around Uluwatu, while still being peaceful and relaxing. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and their hospitality made me feel more like a guest in someone’s home than at a hotel. I honestly loved every aspect of my stay, from the ambiance to the service. If you’re visiting Uluwatu and looking for a place that combines comfort, great vibes, and exceptional hospitality, I couldn’t recommend Terra Cottages more. I would happily stay here again. The villa was absolutely beautiful— clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The property itself was stunning and made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Benny and the two ladies on the team were wonderful and answered all of our questions. They arranged our pickup from the port, provided helpful transportation information, and recommended Komang, whom we used for all of our transportation needs. What not to like? Great staff, beautiful grounds, great breakfast. Wonderful stay! Would like a little more meat on the breakfast menu but honestly such a minor request.

No door to the bathroom so no privacy

The hotel has a quite distinctive design, being very beautiful. The view of the rooms to the garden/pool is very peaceful and it was possible to spot some squirrels at the trees. The pool is not very big, but it is enough to refresh. The breakfast is good, following the standard of the island, with a "à la carte" menu. The staff is very friendly. The room is good, but the curtains are not enough to keep the room in the dark in the morning. Once the sun goes up, the room becomes bright.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent and everything was maintained to a high standard. The breakfast was made to order, which I really appreciated, and the team was always happy to adapt to guests’ needs. The location is fantastic - everything is conveniently close by, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay. Cleanliness was also impeccable, and overall the experience felt very comfortable and well thought out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Nothing, I had a great stay!

Beautiful and simple architecture. Relatively good location in Uluwatu. The room interior was sort of inconvenient especially with the bathroom having an open window to the room that limits privacy and the canopy bed curtains size was not fitting the bed size.

Terra is simply beautiful!! I loved everything about it! The staff is kind and friendly, always with a anime and happy to help. The restaurant is really good, best breakfast!! And the location Is perfect! Far enough from noise and close to everything

Very clean room with friendly staff. Nice pool and chill island vibes. Perfect base to explore Uluwatu.

The staff was very helpful. may be phones in the room, as sometimes we leave the kids in the rooms and they couldn't reach the restaurant or reception due to rain.

Super friendly and genuinely helpful staff who made our stay feel effortless from start to finish. The location is beautiful, offering a perfect escape while still being close to beaches and a variety of great cafés. We truly enjoyed every moment here - and the breakfast was absolutely perfect!

The address on Google Maps confuse the taxi driver so they may drop you 5 minutes walk away from the entrance. However the hotel staff knows and helps with putting in the right location so I would recommend to confirm with them before arrival to avoid hassle.

Unprofessional, racist and cancels your stay without your approval Unprofessional management especially sofie who cancelled my stay , wrote allegations against me without knowing me or meeting me a person , referring to me as a female when clearly my name is Mohammed i, i did not even check in the hotel and the manager raised a concern for customers safety i want an answer why is it because i am arab ? And i did not get my refund till now

This place is gem! The moment you enter the premises, the atmosphere is very tranquil, clean, and a very relaxing mood that resonates from the courtyard / pool / cafe area. Also, amazing staff who always smiles and ready to help you with what ever you need. Awesome! The fact that I only stayed there for one night. Definitely, I would come back and experience the comfy and quiet atmosphere.
