Room was large and had 2 tvs which is a nice change for a king room. Elevators are old and slow. Staff were friendly.

HEY this hotel have very nice REVIEWS but i don't understand how, because starting from the staff to the mattress everything was really poor, QUINN THE HELPER AT FRONT DESK threatening me and my family that i will be removed from the hotel if i wasn't OUT BY 11am just because i didn't know the check out was at 11, and my kids decided to use the pool and my family needed to take a shower, and i called the front desk to ask if i could pay for an extra hour for us to take shower, and QUINN answered was completely NEGATIVE SINCE THE BEGINNING. This hotel should not have someone like him who treats customers like garbage. I never gonna book this hotel again, plus the mattress were really uncomfortable to sleep and the breakfast was terrible as well. STAFF PLEASE TRY TO BE KIND TO THE GUEST BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW HOW HARD PEOPLE WORKS TO AFFORD A LITTLE TREAT FOR THE FAMILY.

Great Location! The shuttle to and from Mohegun Sun was so helpful. The room was nice. The staff was nice and very helpful. Waffles and Coffee hit the spot. The Breakfast crew was very nice. I will stay here again.
