The closeness of the casino The facility fee and the price of the room but especially the fact that the $100 hold fee is not released for ten days!!!!!! Definitely not right!!!

Clean, and convenient Air conditioner was extremely loud when it cycled off. Sounded like a garbage disposal and woke us up all night. Decor was all white/beige and super bland. Bed was hard and sheets were rough like paper towels.

The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. It was very clean and spacious as well. The cost per night was outrageous. And a few members on staff were a bit rude.

Booked the room as three adults with two double beds. I was asked if I preferred a particular floor, and I said I did not. When checking in - Monday through Tuesday - I asked for a cot for the third adult. They said the room we were assigned was too small and could not fit a cot. I explained I had made such a cot request before (several times) and had been accommodated - no problem. When I asked for a larger two-bedroom room, the desk agent said she could not change rooms because the "hotel was fully booked." I asked her why, if the hotel was fully booked, she had just asked if I had a floor preference. She hemmed and hawed and stuck with the excuse of being fully booked. It was a Monday night. There were no shows. Many gambling tables were closed. Only two craps tables were open. The restaurants were half empty. The hotel clearly was not fully booked. Just poor business judgment. Not going back any time soon.

I haven’t been to Mohegan Sun for a few years. This time around, I booked my stay in the Earth Tower with my KAIJUS & COWBOYS comic book partner. For the TERRIFICON convention and the accessibility to just walk to the con and our table was an ease worth the cost. The atmosphere was charged with the force of fandom… And we basked in it 😊

The concert arena didn’t have a bad seat The shower was dingy - I wore my slides in The shower. Everything being automated threw me off as well. Not anyone to check us in and give directions to our room.
