Bali Residence Villa

The Villas were huge and looked beautiful. Rooftop deck was nice addition The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked and the staff was amazing. The septic smelled bad in most bathrooms, the pool was dirty and the location was remote. The roof top deck stairs were wobbly & had broken panels.

The property is nice. The room was cozy, well furnished and light. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend visiting this place ?

It is for now the best place we've stayed in Bali. The place is quiet and perfectly located in Uluwatu. The bedroom was extremely clean and the bed supper comfortable The staff was very friendly. They have organised a bike rental for us and the manager Ketut pointed us to the best places to visit. We will definitely go and stay there for the end of our trip

The property is quite new. Location is not far from melasti beach to watch kecak dance. But highly recommend you come with your own transportation or else you can book motorcycle from them. They dont have car rental We stay for 2 nights it was heavy raining. The water coming in to the room.

Good A/C in the room. There was a leak in the bathroom above the toilet which flooded the floor during the first night that I went to sleep. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly and eventually stopped working. I had to ask twice for someone to take a look at it before I finally switched rooms.

Staff extremely kind This property has the makings in the future , but very sadly not suitable for many many travellers of various ages. Please be aware when booking this accomm of its location. It was very unsatisfying experience. It’s brand new and NO WHERE near enough finished or fine tuned to accommodate even the most evoerienced of travellers . I have given all feed back to the manager Ketut , who was wondeful but still unable to help with me and my family . We had to check out after the first night and unable to recover any of my prepaid accomm paid . Lost a very lot of money as had to change accomm to a more convenient location. Was totally unacceptable to try and stay . Nothing available to get any money changed , food or drink to buy , shop for essentials in any form of convenience store . Totally isolated and felt stranded .

Friendly staff. Happy to assist with whatever we needed. Private pool very nice. Location too far away from shops so unable to get basic food necessities easily. A lot of building going on during our stay.

Extremely bad, no likes This is not hotel, this is just private property where they have different villas. they are big, but not clean enough. it is matter of services and expectation, on the site it described like semi hotel in reality no reception, no option to find the responsible person, we found only cleaners, who gave the phone of person to find out what if with our booking. Photos taken for the site are from a different angle. This is not hotel, this is just private property where they have different villas. When we came we were not able to find the exact number of villas (its not exists in fact), overall to find the property is very difficult, the phone not responding, cleaners of one of the villa gave us number of the owner/ or service company, 6 calls and after we got the response that no booking and they "did not get the confirmation and any notification from booking" despite the fact that on booking I got the message "booking is confirmed". They offered villas that was in the process of cleaning, still we saw how the cleaning process organized, it is disaster. As results we were changing the accommodation, I was not able to leave with kids in such conditions, since outside it is very bad area, unfinished cottages, or garbage dumps at the backside of the villa. I requested money back, no reply from villas and from booking as service company.

The villa is great, very modern, very spacious, well designed, Wifi connection is good too. There were building works on a new villa next to us. We were not warned about it and it was really loud every morning as if they were drilling through the walls of the villa. When I went to sit on the roof terrace, I was faced with 3 builders also on the roof of the unfinished villa, it was pretty awkward, so I left and never got to use the roof terrace. There was also confusion with payments and a moment where staff entered the villa bedrooms without being explicitly told to enter, so they walked in on me whilst I was not properly clothed. The staff apologised for all of these things, but it was not ideal for this to happen int he first place.

location stuffy old villa. no air conditioning in the guest room. empty villa with nothing in it. old bad furniture, mold on the walls and smells damp. air conditioning in the bedrooms is not working.
