Nothing booked a room! I spent time and money traveling to them, but they said there was no room! I see in the reviews that this happens to their guests all the time. Why won't Booking do anything? I do not advise anyone to contact this hotel..

Don't book this room online they don't take online booking, after I book and go there they said they don't do business with online if you want to stay there need to pay in cash so don't book this in online, if they don't take bookings from online

I had my own room for a good price with AC. The hostel has a roof top to chill there. The room wasn't ready when I arrived, the floor was very dirty, all smell weird like grandpa clothes. And they said there is not water but the price was the same (they had water though).

the location suited me perfectly, close to shops and surf breaks. it would be nice if the rooms had more ventilation

Location was good. I arrived late after contacting the property that I will be arriving late. I was told upon arrival that because I am checking in late I will be charged double the amount I have booked for. I refused to agree as I did inform the property regarding my late arrival. After a while they checked me in at my booking price but then didn't check me in on their system and reported to booking.com that I didn't show up to charge my card after receiving cash from me on arrival.

like the affordable price for a private room The bed was not clean and there was a roach in the room. overall everything just felt dirty and uncomfortable

Nothing We booked 4 nights and at the moment we arrive at the hotel the staff from the hotel say to us all rooms where full and they don't give us a solution so we was booking a different hotel. Really bad planification from the hotel. The same problem happen to one of friends the day after. We will Never come again.

got there and they didn’t have my booking even though I had confirmation on booking.com and a deposit had already been taken from my account! staff were not helpful and didn’t care and I had to find other accommodation

nothing as we didn’t stay DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE!!! This is a trap, booking.com allows you to book and confirm your stay here but when you arrive at the property you will be told there are no ‘available rooms’ The lady stated there were no rooms available for us even though I could see our confirmed rooms on her phone. When I told her it was un acceptable she shrugged her shoulders. This kind of ‘service’ is unacceptable and I’ve never experienced anything like it whilst travelling the whole of Asia. Avoid this place at all costs !!!!!!!!

I made a booking for a room and I received a confirmation email. When I arrived to the property, I was informed that there were actually no rooms available. I was really frustrated as it would have been nice to receive an email or message so I didn’t have to go there for no reason to then be left looking for somewhere else for the night.
