When I arrived, I was told that there was no room for me. Based on the condition of the place and the workers, I assumed they did not want to do the work to prepare a room for me for the one night booking. They paid me cash as a refund

First of all the pictures on booking.com of the room looks nothing like in real life. Reality is it really is run down. I found cigarette butts in the night table drawer, stains on the sheets which were also smelling, dust everywhere, toilet aren’t cleaned which could easily be seen on the mirror, no water working so not possible to take a shower if you even wanted to and to end it all it was almost impossible to open the balcony door to rinse out the smell in the room. I left the evening i’ve arrived, and still haven’t gotten a refund because hotel does not want to reply customer service, and it was not possible to have a conversation with staff as he did not speak even a word of english. 0/10 do NOT recommend to anyone…

nothing the room wasn't ready, the sheet were dirty, no TV screen as mentionned, the shower was so dirty i couldn't even take a shower. no water running in the sink, no towels, no toilet paper. the room and the hotel was so dirty i didn't spent a night there

It is obvious the owner only employs one boy to run the whole place, at reception. It seems they don't employ anyone to clean the room between guests. The bathroom looked like it had grime and dirt in the basin and shower from multiple guests before us and noone has cleaned. Trash and crumpled toilet paper on the counter. The price of $18 drew us in and we braved it for the night. In my sleep I had a dream my husband asked us to stay there for a week and I ran to the market to buy rubber gloves and glorious amounts of cleaning agents. ? Once upon a time, when it first opened and was new and clean it must have been a lovely stay. It's more like 'don't touch anything, let's just get through the night' kinda place now. What a shame.

the most horrific place we ever stay, just at the parking some child asking us for money,, after we see the room we don’t even want to stay at the room we ended up book another property, they never changes the bed sheets ( smell so bad ) smell like people has been stay in the bed with nasty sweets and they not even change the sheets , trash everywhere like they clearly never been cleaned, dusty, and bathroom is smell so bad, the worst. Staff is like 15 yo girls that doesn’t understand anything. If you reading this DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY

I arrived at the property my room wasn’t cleaned the bathroom was disgusting I arrived at the property my room wasn’t cleaned the bathroom was disgusting - doesn’t look like pictures at all and when I asked a member of staff to clean my room the lady wasn’t happy I also said it doesn’t look like the pictures and she said it’s and old hotel which isn’t acceptable
