The Roof has excellent view

the shower was broken, there were a lot of ants everywhere, the pillows and bed was uncomfortable and there was a drunk girl who was lucked out her her room who made extreme noises at 5am, when I told her to stop she started knocking on my door.

Good location, plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Good room size. Very noisy. Windows and door insulation is very bad. Can hear noise from the streets as well as room corridor. I could hear people walking outside at the corridor as well as their knocking on other room doors. And noise from traffic outside can clearly be heard.

Good place to stay, have stayed here a few times based on quality of room and friendliness of staff and location. Good rooftop pool and rooms are clean. WiFi is pretty poor in rooms, and was the first time they have started charging extra for breakfast, which is disappointing. Also initially wanted to charge extra for an "early check in" when arriving 30 minutes before allocated time, which again was off putting as a returning customer.

Very pleasant accommodation environment.Because it is not the first time to stay in this hotel.I lived here in 2019.The experience is very good.If you come to Bali again next time,I should still choose this hotel. The sheets can be changed a little cleaner.

For several weeks and months, the MaxOne Hotel has always offered us something that resembles home. A spectacular feature of the hotel itself is the huge pool on the roof, where you can see half of Bali. Whether you are staying for a long time or spontaneously for one night, you are always warmly welcomed. But the highlight of the Max One Hotel Bukit Jimbaran is the staff. We have grown very fond of them all. They are all super great people, helpful and kind. The price-performance ratio is great. We are looking forward to our next visit.
