Clean, lush green hotel. Staff was very cooperative and nice. It was my daughter's birthday they bring cake and wish her birthday also give surprise by decorating room. Kids play area, pools were great. We love everything about hotel and breakfast is good so many options. The hotel offers free shuttle service to Jimbaran sidewalk mall, Melasti beach and GWK Cultural Park. Washroom was tiny specially commode wasn't that good.

We were well located in proximity to our planned activities. The room was adequate, the Buffett breakfast was delicious. The restaurant experience was awkward, things got lost in translation but the staff was helpful and eager to fix the disconnect.

Our room was beautiful, opening straight up to the pool! Staff were very, very helpful! Breakfast was wonderful and had a wide selection that catered to dietary requirements / food allergies.

Great stay here during DWP 2025 — being walking distance to the festival was the initial selling point for us but got an upgrade to a room with direct access to the ground floor pool (bonus: had the pool to ourselves almost the entire time!) and the overall facilities were great. The breakfast had a lot variety and changed up a little daily (great for longer stays!); the spa facilites were pretty amazing as well. Not the closest to the beaches etc but our main criteria was proximity to the festival so was not a big issue!

Out sink was broke. Stayed for a day, never got it fixed.

There are two pools. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is good. Staff is very sweet and helpful.

Big rooms and good facilities. Staff was very welcoming and serviceminded. Some part of the hotel is located next to road with heavy traffic which makes noise at times. Also, some parts of the hotel feels old and need to be refreshed.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread is huge. It’s got English, Balinese and a little bit of Indian as well. The staff is very courteous and nice Nothing

The staff were amazing and hotel served a fantastic breakfast buffet. Yuni was specially amazing and took very good care of us during the stay. Very good facilities The ground floor pool needs a bit of clean-up

One of the best value for money in Bali. Location is great for people not going to beach. Food all around and very close to GWK. The bed is a little too soft and the furniture looks tired and old. The rollers for curtains in the corridor are broken.

The greenery, the ambience & overall its staff.. Particularly Lia, Rara, Agus some of the names I could recall. I wish the play area have some more toys for grown up kids to enjoy

Commercial center, easy access for GWK cultural park just 800-900m.... Friendly staff and great breakfast options... Power cut for 2 hours but hopefully doesn't happen on a regular basis
