Swimming pool dirty, cramped villa, small table.

Access in between room especially with family just need a little attention for privacy

Huge fridge, very kind staff, short ways. Technical equipment, water draining in the bathroom, no fruit for breakfast.

The location is great! Close to several warungs supermarket all within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing and clean! Very much worth it.

But, There was miss about the room type , However i book family room and i was thinking it’s private but not The staff are very helpful and quick response in order when i ask to move our room from family room to one bedroom villa though we have to pay extra cost for it. but for the family with 2 kids are not comfortable , because the 2 bedroom are little bit scared for us with high steps especially we booked for “Nyepi” Another thing is, the kitchen was luck of equipment and there was no complimentary water or coffee n tea in the room during arrival and the cleanliness of outdoor area (pool & kitchen) need to be improved as i mentioned earlier during the booking that my kids are very sensitive I wish this could be improved to make guest more happy during their vacation

The light was good The room dirty and lots of ant the door can’t lock the toilet was dirty and the pool also

Amazing place good people

It’s a good place to stay, comfortable and close to everywhere you want to go but as the previous reviews the pool is a bit dirty but it’s totally fine for me. Oh also I got rent a motorbike there, the staff is super helpful and friendly!

Various areas inside the villa can be seen by people outside, so uncomfortable.

Shower and bathup isn't proper for position

The staff was wonderful. very fast to solve the problem There are lots of leaks in the roof of the house, dust on the fan and on the walls, the swimming pool is dirty like a fish pond

Privacy The facilities rarely worked. The water for the shower had such low pressure That I could barely wash myself. And when we used it, the water would switch from hot to cold the entire time.

Everything was 100% perfect. Could not have asked for anymore for this price. Things we especially appreciated were: 1. The super nice personnel, who allowed us a late check out after we had overslept and assisted us with booking grabs and checking us in in the middle of the night after we were waaaayy too late. 2. The villa looking exactly like in the pictures and being super clean. 3. The delicious breakfast (recommending fried rice), that was brought to us every morning while we could even choose the time. 4. The privacy of our own villa. 5. The view was great even though it was not even in the fotos. 6. Great Air conditioning that cooled us down after hot days in the sun. There probably more things we are forgetting, but it was amazing. Thank you :) Everything was perfect.

The staff were helpful. This property was very average, the air con didn’t really work and the villa area was shared with others. Overall felt very closed in and wasn’t the best stay so we cancelled the rest of our nights here.

The staff at the property were hospitable The amenities were below average, I was asked to move to their other property because of being overbooked. There were ants in my room and the cleanliness of the sheets were poor as they were stained. Air conditioning worked occasionally. Pool was dirty.

Everything we extended out stay from 2 days to 6 days
