We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel ! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The space was beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful at night. We especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home and Special Thanks to Ida ???

It was our last stay of a month’s tour. It suited us as it was individual and quirky. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good, lovely fruit juice. Shower worked well and the bed was comfy. A/C was efficient and swimming towels readily available. The swimming pool needs a good clean! It was not full of water any of the 3 days we were there. The sun chairs all have holes in. There seems no one to encourage the staff to work more than minimum.

Nothing. There is no value for the money charged at all. The rooms are smaller compared to the pictures online infact the whole representation of the cabin is false to the actual cabin. There was lots of mosquitoes and some cockroaches in the cabin. There was too much noise from staff swipping outside too early in the morning and some noise from neighbouring guests. Too much lighting from the air con and other small lights that we couldnt swotch off in the night. Cabin dirty in the bathroom and toolet sit positioned too close to shower , water goes all over during a shower. Also no hot water had to report on arrival and check out thr next day instead of finishing our intended 3 nights. Not going there ever again.

Staff if friendly and helpful. Nice location. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful city and sea view. Room is looking clean, but places like under the bed are very dirty. Noisy.

The hotel is almost on the main street but it is so nice and quiet there! Perfect location, close to the GWK culture park (huge statue). Staff was very nice and helpfull. Bed was very comfy and clean. Water refill every day. Bathroom is tiny, but we were aware of it, so we didn’t mind. We have only positives :)

The view from the "sea view" room was nice, it is a view of the island, primarily the airport and Denpasar, but I will admit there is a bit of sea in there as well, heh. The TV in the room was small, but it was a smart TV with YouTube which was nice. Also I liked the artwork in my room as well. The staff were helpful with our bags at check-in and check-out to go up the long staircase for each room. This place isn't bad really, but it does feel expensive for what you actually get. I think the photos must be quite old because everything was much more worn than I expected. All of the rooms are made of wood and on stilts, this is okay, but you should be aware that every single movement you make will result in a noise, even moving around in bed was loud. The bed was just two twins pushed together and so it was quite uncomfortable in the middle. I woke up really itchy in the morning, so maybe the detergent they use for the sheets is not good. My air conditioner was loud, but other members in my group did not have the same issue. The pool is advertised as an infinity pool, but when we arrived the water level was easily a half meter below the rim. They had a water delivery when we were there which was an hour of a very loud pump trying to increase the water level, but still when finished the pool was nowhere near full. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 but when we arrived back from our sunset Kecak dance at 7:15 there were no staff to be found anywhere, so we had to order delivery.
