Over all a good stay however often times no one at front desk sauna not working no eggs or sausage with breakfast could atleast to boiled eggs

The maintenance guy Anthony ! Very nice. Everything.. the hotel let us stay for 2 nights we paid for 7 and paid the security deposit but because I was a previous employee and had a fallout with the previous manager they said I wasnt aloud to stay anymore. The hotel is falling apart. It's more like 2 rooming buildings instead of a hotel . Tubs aren't clean, just wiped out. There's mold and there was a roach in the room I stayed in. Always yelling and loudness kids running back and forth on the 2nd floor balcony witch is a safety hazard. Laundry room and outside smells like pee . Might as well turn the hotel to a community or a section 8 apartment complex. This hotel has went to crap! And the lady Susan at the front desk always has an attitude. They let people stay without paying. It's a mess.. this hotel needs to get shut down . The only good about this hotel is Danny Ray , Anthony, Pauline and Bethany other then that. The walkways and steps don't even get clean anymore. It's just rundown anymore.

Room was described online as a junior suite, 2 beds, it was just an overpriced section 8 king size room. Once we got into the room we noticed a really bad leak that we had use our towels to cover the floor so we didn’t slip. Because of the event in the town that we were attending, all other rooms at this hotel were booked as well as all other hotels so we had no option but to stay!

I love the workers they are very nice and friendly I love them all ♥️ this is the hotel I come to every time I come to Union City I feel like we are family in the rooms are very clean and neat and whatever I need I have from them God bless all of them ♥️

The WiFi password didn’t work. The telephone didn’t work. When I checked out, there was no one to help me. There were no cell phone jacks.

Location Room was not clean I found stains on sheets and even a hair. Lamp shades were filthy and dusty headboard just overall gross
