The room was nice, but the pool was dirty

I got charged but couldn't check in. Their system was down. How can you charge me when I have yo leave and get a new hotel????

Would stay again and friendly staffs

Property was almost out of the city.

Televised did not work correctly

I much valued the use of the elevator to the second floor and the baggage cart. I had zero complaints.

The staff was amazing. They were professional yet personal and very helpful. My stay was very comfortable; I stayed 4 days. The rooms were clean. They have a great little breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

Big room! Could have been cleaner but pool was great bed was comfortable and breakfast was great! Smell of room. Kinda moldy but probably from people sitting in those chairs wet.

Very dated rooms/building with entry from the outside. I think that made it more damp in the room and bugs had opportunity to fly in. The outlets were worn out and not enough of them really that didn't let my plugs fall out. Staff was super helpful with all my requests. The fridge was awesome with a little freezer on top and hot water was not in short supply. Room was really clean and beds were pretty comfortable too! I didn't have a great breakfast experience, they were out of a lot, but said the truck had not come with supplies yet. They were really trying to serve what they could. A hospitality worker was really nice to clean a table for us and get things refilled. It was a one night stay in the middle of the week, so it happens.

Lights in bathroom and over sink didn’t work

I liked the location being minutes from the shopping mall and a Walmart. Discovered the Italian restaurant next door with really good food drinks. I place was surprisingly efficient and had a really good continental breakfast for all the days we stayed. A few ants in the bathroom that I killed but didn't see anymore after that. The hotel could use some renovating just to update the outside and modernized it some. But, for a stay without all the frills and extras it was the perfect spot

Is a quiet place, it needs some tlc, carpets need to cleaned. Had to leave the door open when I went out the lock didn't work and I needed to take everything with me when I went out.

The room was spacious and accessible, clean and reasonably quiet.

What i didn't like was the condition of the room.. Upon entering the room it smelled like mildew and the toilet was not clean.

The locals say the hotel is under new management, and has gone down in all quality. It was raining when I arrived but the pool appeared to be well maintained, the desk clerk was respectful and helpful enough although most places in this town apparently close on monday. I had ordered a room with a king bed and hot tub, both were there, functional, the TV was a ROKU, difficult enough but functional. Now for the downside The room smelled of cat urine, it was strong enough that I could not and did not sleep. That and there was a shroud covering the chair and it left an uneasy feeling to say the least. I arrived at breakfast by 7 o'clock it was gone, everything hot was empty outside of the waffles, the juice was essentially water, and the crumbs of egg i tried to salvage had a womans hair. The food was demolished by a disrespectful group of contractors who believed they had a right to listen to thier phones at full blast since the Television Was off. I've stayed in worse and didnt want to ruin their day so I figured I would tell the truth here, I have no idea how that place has 4 stars in reviews but they will not be earning that from me.

Front desk help was absent most of the time and less than pleasant when they were there. Room cleanliness was suspect. Possible bed bug bites. Lobby was dark and uninviting. Breakfast was as you would expect, considering the condition of this place. Terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again for free.

the staff and the motel were excellent. the motel is clean and looks like the Radisson. the bathrooms are very big we had a two person jacuzzi and a three-person shower great motel is all I can say stay here you'll love it there is nothing I do not like about this motel

The room was very dirty. Carpets with stains. We found old dried vomit beside the bed. It was quiet. Our stuff was not bothered outside. Breakfast was decent and staff very very pleasant.
