Location was great and the amenities are ideal for a long stay The garden pool restaurant reservation details are misleading. You pay around 7000 yen per person to get a pool side snack and drink, and overall the offered “included” snack were awful and the offered fries were like cardboard. Expect to order lunch and spend around ~4000 or more yen per person on top of the 7000 yen per person entry fee.

The family room was great. It fit our family of 6 very well and was very comfortable. You have to make a reservation and pay to use the pool. Even as a paid guest staying at the property. Never have I stayed at a “resort” before and then had to pay to use the facilities.

It was close disneyland and disneysea. Nothing.

Gorgeous Bay view, lots of stores, delicious breakfast. Bus to Disney and station very convenient. Laundry facility small for a large family hotel. Long lines to check in and need to pay to use the pool.

The laundry facility needs an update. The dryers take too long and there's not enough appliances for how large the hotel is.

Breakfast was good, nice for the kids to have their own separate station and also have ice cream on offer! We stayed on the Happy Magic Floor which the kids loved and it was nice to add a bit of magic into their stay. I didn't like how long the driers took to dry clothes, you could only add 1 to 2 items in at a time which took a long time with the clothes we had for our whole family to wash and dry.

The rooms were spacious, the restroom facilities were fantastic with the Toto bidet including heated seat and water. The buffet was good, but the restaurant was great. The staff was very accommodating. The luggage had to sit on the floor because there were no any stands in the room. The slippers are not made for men size 11 feet. The pool area was closed for refurbishment. We were not able to enter Disney Sea from the entrance across the street.

Hilton Tokyo Bay is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea. Getting to the hotel is easy—simply catch the Disney Resort Line monorail from Maihama Station, then either take the short walk or hop on the shuttle bus to the hotel. One of the standout features was the convenience of having a Lawson store inside the hotel. There is also a second Lawson that opens from 5pm to 11pm, which was especially useful when large numbers of guests returned from the parks in the evening and the main store became busy. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and a welcome place to relax after long days at the parks. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and the quality of the food was very good. It is on the expensive side, but we enjoyed it and found it to be a nice way to start the day before heading to the parks. Overall, Hilton Tokyo Bay offers a comfortable and convenient stay for Disney visitors, with large rooms, helpful amenities, and easy access to both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The only aspect that felt a little underwhelming was the bathroom, which seemed quite basic and didn't quite match the overall standard and feel of the hotel.

The rooms were clean and had everything you need for anything from a weekend to a week stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, had both American and Japanese options with a large selection for both. The hotel is right across from the Monorail station making access to the parks super simple. Would 10/10 stay here again.
